Neuf entreprises sur dix indiquent en effet que la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation des travailleurs aux nouvelles situations et aux nouveaux outils n\u2019a cess\u00e9 de gagner en importance dans leur organisation au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Et elles la jugent importante non pas tant en raison de l\u2019essor fulgurant de l\u2019intelligence artificielle (IA) qu\u2019en raison des p\u00e9nuries de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et de l\u2019inad\u00e9quation du march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi, qui exigent que les travailleurs soient \u00e0 m\u00eame d\u2019\u00e9voluer vers de nouvelles fonctions. <em>\u00ab\u00a0La prochaine \u00e9tape pour les entreprises consistera \u00e0 mesurer et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer \u00e9galement la flexibilit\u00e9 (soft skill) de leurs \u00e9quipes et de leurs travailleurs\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> selon Acerta\u202fConsult.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>\u200b\u200bLa\u200b capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation gagne en importance \u200b<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Je suis dynamique, motiv\u00e9 et j\u2019ai l\u2019esprit d\u2019\u00e9quipe\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>\u202f: ce ne sont l\u00e0 que quelques-uns des clich\u00e9s qu\u2019utilisent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les candidats pour tenter de convaincre les employeurs de les embaucher. Ces soft skills, bien qu\u2019elles soient souvent cit\u00e9es, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 quelque peu rel\u00e9gu\u00e9es au second plan ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Selon la nouvelle enqu\u00eate d\u2019Acerta\u202fConsult, la comp\u00e9tence professionnelle du moment n\u2019est autre que la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation aux nouvelles situations et aux nouveaux outils. Pr\u00e8s de neuf entreprises sur dix affirment que la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation a en effet gagn\u00e9 en importance au sein de leur organisation au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Elles consid\u00e8rent qu\u2019il est essentiel que les travailleurs soient en mesure de s\u2019adapter, et ce, pour maintes raisons, les trois principales \u00e9tant l\u2019\u00e9troitesse et l\u2019inad\u00e9quation du march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi, l\u2019\u00e9volution rapide des besoins des clients et l\u2019importance de se d\u00e9velopper en tant qu\u2019organisation dans un environnement concurrentiel. Lors d\u2019une enqu\u00eate r\u00e9alis\u00e9e conjointement par Acerta\u202fConsult et l\u2019Antwerp Management School il y a quatre ans, seules deux entreprises sur trois avaient affirm\u00e9 accorder de l\u2019importance \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation de leurs travailleurs.<\/p>\n<p>Miriam Garando, Senior Consultant chez Acerta\u202fConsult, indique\u202f: \u00ab\u00a0<em>Il y a quatre ans, l\u2019importance accord\u00e9e \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation \u00e0 un nouveau contexte professionnel \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9lev\u00e9e. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, nous savons pertinemment qu\u2019elle l\u2019est depuis bien plus longtemps. En 1985, Bennis et Manus ont introduit le terme \u201cVUCA\u201d, qui d\u00e9signe en anglais \u201cvolatile, incertain, complexe et ambigu\u201d. L\u2019arm\u00e9e am\u00e9ricaine a ensuite utilis\u00e9 ce terme pour d\u00e9crire le monde complexe de l\u2019apr\u00e8s-guerre froide. Depuis, il est devenu un mot tr\u00e8s usit\u00e9 dans le monde des affaires. D\u2019apr\u00e8s notre derni\u00e8re enqu\u00eate, cette importance est encore plus prononc\u00e9e aujourd\u2019hui. Nous pourrions d\u2019ailleurs penser que c\u2019est l\u2019IA qui en est la principale raison, mais seules 6\u202f% des personnes interrog\u00e9es ont cit\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9volution fulgurante de l\u2019IA comme raison pour laquelle les travailleurs doivent s\u2019adapter rapidement aux changements qui surviennent sur leur lieu de travail. En effet, nous observons qu\u2019il s\u2019agit plut\u00f4t d\u2019un ensemble de conditions diverses qui accroissent le besoin de capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Seul un employeur sur dix mesure la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Bien que la majorit\u00e9 des employeurs \u00e9valuent d\u00e9j\u00e0 positivement la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation de leurs collaborateurs (60% d\u2019entre eux leur attribuent une note de 7\/10, voire plus, \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard), de nombreuses entreprises ne mesurent pas encore cette soft skill. Seul un employeur sur dix teste aujourd\u2019hui la capacit\u00e9 de ses travailleurs \u00e0 s\u2019adapter aux changements sur leur lieu de travail. En ce qui concerne les candidats, les employeurs ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 une approche un peu plus approfondie. 66% affirment \u00e9valuer la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation des candidats lors de leur entretien de s\u00e9lection, et 27% d\u2019entre eux pr\u00e9voient de le faire \u00e0 l\u2019avenir. Pr\u00e8s de quatre employeurs sur dix (38%\u200b)\u200b incluent la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation comme crit\u00e8re dans leurs offres d\u2019emploi, et 44% souhaitent leur embo\u00eeter le pas \u00e0 l\u2019avenir. Enfin, seule une minorit\u00e9 (33%\u200b)\u200b teste effectivement la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation par le biais d\u2019un assessment center, et un autre tiers souhaiterait le faire \u00e0 l\u2019avenir. \u200b<\/p>\n<p>Miriam Garando d\u2019Acerta\u202fConsult ajoute\u202f: \u00ab\u00a0<em>Les \u00e9quipes \u00e0 m\u00eame de s\u2019adapter rapidement pr\u00e9sentent un grand avantage, pour autant qu\u2019elles soient bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9es aux changements et \u00e0 leur mise en \u0153uvre. Parall\u00e8lement, combiner durablement ces changements dans les bons domaines et les asseoir solidement au sein de l\u2019organisation est indispensable. Rien d\u2019\u00e9tonnant, donc, qu\u2019une attention accrue soit port\u00e9e \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation dans le milieu professionnel. Les organisations doivent avant tout veiller \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont elles s\u2019y prennent\u202f: tout d\u2019abord, il est important de bien comprendre la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation dans toutes ses dimensions. Les id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues sur la nature exacte de cette comp\u00e9tence et sur la mani\u00e8re de la d\u00e9velopper sont encore trop nombreuses. La comprendre est donc un excellent point de d\u00e9part pour guider les collaborateurs et les \u00e9quipes dans ce domaine. Un outil scientifique permettant de mesurer de mani\u00e8re raisonn\u00e9e la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation dans toute sa complexit\u00e9 a d\u2019ailleurs vu le jour il y a peu. La capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation est en effet un concept multidimensionnel et certains leviers, tels que l\u2019autor\u00e9gulation, permettent \u00e9galement de la renforcer. Cet outil devrait bient\u00f4t \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 davantage par les entreprises.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>La capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation peut \u00eatre d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00c9valuer la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation de vos travailleurs est une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape, mais est-il vraiment possible de la d\u00e9velopper et de l\u2019am\u00e9liorer\u2009? La majorit\u00e9 des employeurs interrog\u00e9s le pensent en effet\u202f: 44% affirment avoir mis en place diverses formations visant \u00e0 accro\u00eetre la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation des collaborateurs, et 48% pr\u00e9voient de le faire. Les employeurs reconnaissent \u00e9galement l\u2019importance d\u2019adopter une communication claire sur les changements et les attentes (67%), de fournir un soutien correct depuis la direction (58%) et d\u2019encourager une vision positive du changement (44%). \u200b<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: l&rsquo;analyse est fond\u00e9e sur les r\u00e9sultats d\u2019une enqu\u00eate de panel men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s des employeurs sur l\u2019importance de la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation pour les organisations et les collaborateurs. Le panel d\u2019Acerta est compos\u00e9 de 479\u202fmembres tri\u00e9s sur le volet dans de petites, moyennes et grandes entreprises issues de diff\u00e9rents secteurs et r\u00e9parties dans tout le pays. L\u2019enqu\u00eate sur laquelle se base cette analyse s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e du 18\u202fjuin\u202f2024 au 19\u202fjuillet\u202f2024. Au total, 450\u202fpersonnes y ont particip\u00e9.
