L\u2019intention de rester, la fiert\u00e9 d\u2019appartenance, l\u2019\u00e9panouissement professionnel, l\u2019implication dans l\u2019atteinte des objectifs de l\u2019entreprise ou encore la volont\u00e9 d\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue constituent les piliers de cet engagement. Mais ces composantes, aussi fondamentales soient-elles, d\u00e9pendent directement de la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019une entreprise \u00e0 pr\u00e9server l\u2019\u00e9nergie de ses \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019engagement au travail est influenc\u00e9 par une combinaison de ressources organisationnelles telles que le soutien des coll\u00e8gues, la qualit\u00e9 du leadership ou encore les possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9volutions dans la carri\u00e8re, et de ressources personnelles, comme l\u2019estime de soi et l\u2019optimisme. L\u2019enjeux des entreprises pour favoriser l\u2019\u00e9nergie et l\u2019engagement de ses collaborateurs r\u00e9sident donc principalement dans l\u2019am\u00e9lioration et l\u2019optimisation de ces ressources.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Mesurer pour agir : une approche scientifique<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Si les bienfaits d\u2019un haut niveau d\u2019engagement et d\u2019\u00e9nergie sont av\u00e9r\u00e9s, encore faut-il savoir les \u00e9valuer pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment pour mieux agir. Cela implique entre autres un \u00e9quilibre dans la charge de travail, une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u2019emploi, de la reconnaissance ou encore une communication transparente. Ensuite, les managers jouent un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans la motivation des \u00e9quipes. Un leadership bienveillant et attentif, combin\u00e9 \u00e0 des feedbacks constructifs, renforce la confiance et la motivation des collaborateurs. Au sein des \u00e9quipes, l\u2019ambiance de travail, le respect mutuel et la qualit\u00e9 des relations interpersonnelles sont \u00e9galement des \u00e9l\u00e9ments essentiels pour maintenir un niveau d\u2019\u00e9nergie \u00e9lev\u00e9.
