La r\u00e9ponse via un bref extrait d&rsquo;un entretien men\u00e9 avec Nic Marks, fondateur du Centre pour le bien-\u00eatre, un groupe de r\u00e9flexion ind\u00e9pendant de la New Economics Foundation bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Londres et cr\u00e9ateur du Happy Planet Index.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Question centrale donc : dans la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de nos entreprises, comment les concepts de bien-\u00eatre et d&rsquo;innovation sont-ils reli\u00e9s? Nic Marks r\u00e9pond: \u00ab\u00a0<em>Beaucoup de recherches ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es sur le sujet, surtout par la psychologue Barbara Fredrickson de l&rsquo;universit\u00e9 de Caroline du Nord, concernant la diff\u00e9rence dans la fa\u00e7on dont les gens travaillent lorsqu&rsquo;ils sont de bonne ou de mauvaise humeur.<\/em>\u00a0<em>Cela englobe une masse de travaux qui s&rsquo;\u00e9tendent sur plus de 20 ans, mais pour r\u00e9sumer, je dirais que ces d\u00e9couvertes montrent que les gens qui sont de bonne humeur ont une meilleure vision d&rsquo;ensemble.\u00a0<\/em><em>Lorsqu&rsquo;on est de mauvaise humeur,<\/em>\u00a0<em>on a tendance \u00e0 se focaliser sur ce qui ne va pas et l\u2019on ne voit rien d&rsquo;autre. Mais lorsqu&rsquo;on est de bonne humeur, on peut \u00e9tablir des liaisons entre diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments, mieux discerner les choses, avec plus de d\u00e9tails. On est aussi plus cr\u00e9atif, car on peut r\u00e9aliser davantage de t\u00e2ches plus efficacement, dans un laps de temps donn\u00e9. Selon une l\u00e9gende urbaine, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9\u00a0<\/em><em>serait une exp\u00e9rience douloureuse et l&rsquo;art, au sens noble, serait l&rsquo;apanage des \u00eatres tortur\u00e9s. Effectivement, certains grands artistes \u00e9taient tortur\u00e9s, mais la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est qu&rsquo;ils ne peignaient pas ou n&rsquo;\u00e9taient pas dans le processus de cr\u00e9ation pendant les p\u00e9riodes o\u00f9 ils \u00e9taient d\u00e9pressifs. Ils peignaient apr\u00e8s ces exp\u00e9riences difficiles. Dans une entreprise normale avec une population normale, les individus qui sont de bonne humeur sont beaucoup plus cr\u00e9atifs que les personnes d&rsquo;humeur maussade.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em> Les entreprises ont besoin d&rsquo;individus capables de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 seuls, mais il leur faut \u00e9galement des syst\u00e8mes capables de transformer la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 en innovations utiles. Il ne suffit pas de rendre les gens plus heureux, il faut aussi \u00eatre pr\u00eat \u00e0 d\u00e9fier l&rsquo;ordre \u00e9tabli.
