En Wallonie et \u00e0 Bruxelles, 262.000 personnes sont salari\u00e9es dans ce secteur qui est en croissance continue. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Parmi toutes les entreprises cr\u00e9\u00e9es depuis l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2000, seuls 25% des entreprises d\u2019\u00e9conomie sociale ont arr\u00eat\u00e9 leurs activit\u00e9s, contre 40% dans l\u2019\u00e9conomie classique. Affichant un taux de fermeture inf\u00e9rieur, les entreprises sociales vivent plus longtemps : leur \u00e2ge m\u00e9dian est de 25 ans. Celui des entreprises classiques est de 14 ans.<em> \u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est la preuve qu\u2019investir dans l\u2019\u00e9conomie sociale est une strat\u00e9gie payante \u00e0 long terme\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> commente B\u00e9n\u00e9dicte Sohet, secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de ConcertES, la plateforme de concertation des organisations repr\u00e9sentatives de l\u2019\u00e9conomie sociale en Wallonie et \u00e0 Bruxelles.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Une croissance continue depuis 15 ans<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En constante \u00e9volution depuis 2009, ann\u00e9e de cr\u00e9ation de l\u2019Observatoire, l\u2019\u00e9conomie sociale repr\u00e9sente \u00e0 ce jour 1 emploi salari\u00e9 sur 7 en Wallonie et en R\u00e9gion de Bruxelles-Capitale. De 2018 \u00e0 2022, elle a g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 plus de 18.000 emplois, soit 21% de la cr\u00e9ation nette d\u2019emploi. \u00ab\u00a0<em>L\u2019\u00e9conomie sociale est un mouvement de fond significatif dans le paysage belge, qui r\u00e9siste bien aux crises et qui progresse quels que soient les gouvernements en place\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, constate Augustin Morel, charg\u00e9 de projet \u00e0 l\u2019Observatoire. L\u2019\u00e9conomie sociale wallonne et bruxelloise totalise 11.800 entreprises pour 262.000 postes salari\u00e9s, r\u00e9partis dans de nombreux secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9s (sant\u00e9, culture, \u00e9nergie, r\u00e9utilisation, titres-services, construction, alimentation\u2026).<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>La force du collectif<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Constitu\u00e9e d\u2019ASBL, de coop\u00e9ratives agr\u00e9\u00e9es, de fondations et de mutuelles, l\u2019\u00e9conomie sociale regroupe des entreprises plus grandes. Le personnel d\u2019une entreprise sociale compte en moyenne deux fois plus de salari\u00e9s qu\u2019une autre forme d\u2019entreprise priv\u00e9e employeuse. Seule la moiti\u00e9 des entreprises sociales compte moins de 5 travailleurs, contre plus de deux tiers des entreprises classiques priv\u00e9es. <em>\u00ab\u00a0M\u00eame en comparant par secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9, les organisations d\u2019\u00e9conomie sociale comptent davantage de salari\u00e9s. D\u2019autant plus que ces chiffres ne tiennent pas compte des membres\/coop\u00e9rateurs non-salari\u00e9s qui contribuent \u00e9galement \u00e0 la vie \u00e9conomique de nos coop\u00e9ratives et associations\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> poursuit Augustin Morel.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Une \u00e9conomie plus \u00e9galitaire<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9conomie sociale est r\u00e9partie de mani\u00e8re homog\u00e8ne sur tout le territoire, ind\u00e9pendamment du taux d\u2019emploi et des revenus des habitants. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Pour simplifier, cela signifie que l\u2019\u00e9conomie sociale est aussi d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e dans les communes riches que pauvres, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 l\u2019\u00e9conomie classique a tendance \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper plus facilement dans les communes plus ais\u00e9es. En cela, l\u2019\u00e9conomie sociale r\u00e9duit les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019emploi, en particulier gr\u00e2ce aux entreprises agr\u00e9es en insertion socioprofessionnelle. C\u2019est un vecteur essentiel de coh\u00e9sion sociale\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> souligne B\u00e9n\u00e9dicte Sohet.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Des \u00e9carts salariaux plus faibles<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, l\u2019Observatoire s\u2019est pench\u00e9 sur les salaires dans l\u2019\u00e9conomie sociale. Il appara\u00eet que le secteur ne r\u00e9mun\u00e8re ni mieux, ni moins bien que le reste de l\u2019\u00e9conomie. Les bas salaires y sont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sup\u00e9rieurs, et il n\u2019y a gu\u00e8re de diff\u00e9rence sur les moyens salaires. En revanche, l\u2019\u00e9conomie sociale comporte moins de tr\u00e8s hauts salaires, et affiche de fait une tension salariale intra-sectorielle plus basse. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Pour les postes de direction, il y a des secteurs comme la finance o\u00f9 la diff\u00e9rence avec l\u2019\u00e9conomie classique est quasiment du simple au double.
