Il appara\u00eet que parmi les quelque 27.563 travailleurs interrog\u00e9s en Belgique, pas moins de 9,5% d\u2019entre eux y ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9s de fa\u00e7on hebdomadaire au cours des 6 derniers mois. Ce chiffre est plus bas que le pourcentage mesur\u00e9 en 2023 (11,3%).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Les formes les plus fr\u00e9quentes de harc\u00e8lement moral sont rest\u00e9es les m\u00eames : la r\u00e9tention d\u2019informations, les comm\u00e9rages et l\u2019exclusion ont \u00e9t\u00e9 le plus souvent signal\u00e9s. IDEWE demande d\u2019accorder une attention particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 la communication respectueuse et bienveillante et de signaler les probl\u00e8mes plus rapidement.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude provient d\u2019une s\u00e9lection cibl\u00e9e de donn\u00e9es issues de l\u2019ARPSi pour la p\u00e9riode 2021-2024. Celle-ci concerne les travailleurs ayant subi l\u2019une des cinq formes les plus courantes de harc\u00e8lement moral au moins une fois par semaine au cours des six derniers mois. Les trois principales formes de harc\u00e8lement moral sont la r\u00e9tention d\u2019informations compliquant le travail (5,4%), les comm\u00e9rages (5,2%) et l\u2019exclusion des activit\u00e9s de groupe ou par les coll\u00e8gues (2,2%). Il se manifeste aussi par des insultes (1,5%) ainsi que par des blagues et de mauvaises surprises (1%).<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Climat de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 psychologique au travail<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La part de signalements de comportements ind\u00e9sirables et abusifs du nombre total de signalements en mati\u00e8re de bien-\u00eatre psychosocial a l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diminu\u00e9 en 2024 comparativement \u00e0 2023, passant de 17,8% \u00e0 16,5%. Le nombre total de signalements de mal-\u00eatre psychosocial a augment\u00e9 en 2024, mais seulement de 3% contre une augmentation de 22% en 2023.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous observons n\u00e9anmoins un glissement dans la r\u00e9partition des types de comportements ind\u00e9sirables. Au niveau du nombre total de signalements en mati\u00e8re de comportements abusifs, l\u2019augmentation de 7% des d\u00e9nonciations de toutes les formes d\u2019agression et les 10% suppl\u00e9mentaires de signalements de harc\u00e8lement sexuel au travail interpellent,\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> explique David De Ridder, responsable de discipline Aspects psychosociaux chez IDEWE. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Lorsque l\u2019on analyse la part de signalements relatifs au harc\u00e8lement moral au travail, on observe au contraire une l\u00e9g\u00e8re diminution de 2,5 % \u00a0par rapport \u00e0 2023. On note toutefois deux fois plus de signalements de harc\u00e8lement moral avec \u00e9l\u00e9ments de discrimination. Il est possible que l\u2019attention port\u00e9e \u00e0 ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments de discrimination soit plus importante, tant au niveau des victimes que des conseillers en pr\u00e9vention.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Un climat de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 psychologique au travail est une des conditions de base essentielles au bien-\u00eatre des travailleurs. En effet, dans un environnement de travail o\u00f9 les comm\u00e9rages, les agressions verbales ou le harc\u00e8lement moral sont fr\u00e9quents et ne suscitent aucune r\u00e9action, o\u00f9 il y a peu de place pour l\u2019appr\u00e9ciation et la reconnaissance et o\u00f9 il est rarement fait preuve de compr\u00e9hension pour les erreurs commises, les travailleurs n\u2019osent plus \u00eatre eux-m\u00eames. Ils commencent alors \u00e0 se sentir moins bien dans leur peau, obtiennent de moins bons r\u00e9sultats et, dans de nombreux cas, s\u2019absentent ou d\u00e9crochent.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous sommes heureux de constater que le nombre de signalements de harc\u00e8lement moral a diminu\u00e9, mais il reste beaucoup de travail \u00e0 effectuer. C\u2019est pourquoi nous continuons de mettre l\u2019accent sur ce sujet pour pouvoir encourager cette tendance \u00e0 la baisse \u00e0 l\u2019avenir. Diff\u00e9rents aspects ont leur importance dans la mise en place d\u2019un climat de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 psychologique au travail. On pense notamment \u00e0 la communication bienveillante, au respect mutuel des valeurs et au contact personnel entre coll\u00e8gues.
