Mais alors, comment un employeur peut-il, d\u00e8s lors, encore faire la diff\u00e9rence aux yeux des travailleurs\u2009? La flexibilit\u00e9, les programmes de bien-\u00eatre et les packages salariaux personnalis\u00e9s.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le sp\u00e9cialiste du recrutement Robert Half a men\u00e9 une enqu\u00eate sur les diff\u00e9rents avantages extral\u00e9gaux que les employ\u00e9s belges re\u00e7oivent actuellement de la part de leur employeur et ceux dont ils aimeraient b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier. Conclusion : les avantages les plus courants tels que l\u2019assurance hospitalisation ou les ch\u00e8ques-repas sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent per\u00e7us comme la norme. Pr\u00e8s de neuf entreprises sur dix offrent d\u00e9j\u00e0 ces avantages ou pr\u00e9voient de le faire prochainement. Parmi les travailleurs, sept sur dix b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u00e9j\u00e0 des deux et deux sur dix souhaiteraient les ajouter \u00e0 leur package salarial.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019assurance hospitalisation et les ch\u00e8ques-repas sont les avantages extral\u00e9gaux les plus courants. La plupart des employ\u00e9s s\u2019attendent presque automatiquement \u00e0 les trouver dans leur package salarial. Les employeurs qui souhaitent proposer une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration comp\u00e9titive, mais qui n\u2019offrent pas encore ces deux avantages devraient envisager de les octroyer\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> explique Jo\u00ebl Poilvache, Regional Managing Director chez Robert Half.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Les avantages flexibles en plein essor<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les employ\u00e9s attachent de plus en plus d\u2019importance aux avantages qu\u2019ils peuvent personnaliser, qui renforcent leur pouvoir d\u2019achat ou qui sont bons pour la sant\u00e9. Le plan caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria, par exemple, a la cote. En effet, 33% des travailleurs en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient actuellement et 39% souhaiteraient les int\u00e9grer \u00e0 leur r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration. Les avantages r\u00e9serv\u00e9s au personnel (r\u00e9ductions pour des parcs d\u2019attractions ou des box repas, etc.) ont aussi le vent en poupe. Huit entreprises sur dix en offrent ou pr\u00e9voient de le faire. Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s, 39% b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de ces avantages et 37% souhaitent se les voir propos\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les travailleurs sont, certes, tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s par leurs revenus au vu de l\u2019augmentation du co\u00fbt de la vie, mais ils se soucient aussi de leur sant\u00e9 et de leur bien-\u00eatre\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, souligne Jo\u00ebl Poilvache. <em>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019assurance dentaire rencontre, par exemple, un vif succ\u00e8s : trois quarts des employ\u00e9s en ont ou en souhaitent une. Les employeurs l\u2019ont bien compris : ils sont plus de quatre sur dix \u00e0 proposer une assurance dentaire et 26% pr\u00e9voient de l\u2019ajouter bient\u00f4t \u00e0 leur gamme d\u2019avantages extral\u00e9gaux.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>L\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat pour le bien-\u00eatre et pour la contribution \u00e0 des actions de bienfaisance<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Autre tendance notable : les employeurs accordent de plus en plus d\u2019importance au bien-\u00eatre mental et \u00e0 la contribution aux bonnes causes. 48% d\u2019entre eux mettent d\u2019ailleurs \u00e0 la disposition de leurs employ\u00e9s des ressources qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 mentale et 33% ont des projets en la mati\u00e8re. 44% des entreprises disposent d\u2019une forme de programme de r\u00e9duction du stress et 33% envisagent d\u2019en mettre en place. Quatre entreprises sur dix participent \u00e0 des actions de bienfaisance ou les promeuvent. 29% pr\u00e9voient de d\u00e9ployer des efforts suppl\u00e9mentaires en ce sens.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les employ\u00e9s sont clairement favorables \u00e0 ce type de programmes, \u00e0 condition qu\u2019ils soient facilement accessibles et que la direction les encourage activement\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> pr\u00e9cise Jo\u00ebl Poilvache. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Un peu plus d\u2019un tiers des travailleurs aimeraient ajouter le soutien psychologique \u00e0 leurs avantages\u2009; un tiers affirme d\u00e9j\u00e0 en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier.
