Une nouvelle \u00e9tude de Mastercard, publi\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;approche de la Journ\u00e9e internationale des droits des femmes, r\u00e9v\u00e8le qu&rsquo;un tiers (33 %) des femmes belges ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 envisag\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er ou diriger leur propre entreprise, contre 40% pour l\u2019Europe. Ce chiffre grimpe \u00e0 51 % pour les femmes belges issues de la G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z. \u200b<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Mastercard r\u00e9v\u00e8le que les jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations sont particuli\u00e8rement attir\u00e9es par l&rsquo;entrepreneuriat : 39% des femmes de la G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z se consid\u00e8rent d\u00e9j\u00e0 comme entrepreneures, contre 26% des Millennials, 20% de la G\u00e9n\u00e9ration X et 14% des Baby Boomers.<\/p>\n<p>Les motivations des femmes belges \u00e0 entreprendre sont multiples : la flexibilit\u00e9 entre vie professionnelle et personnelle (45%), la r\u00e9alisation d&rsquo;un r\u00eave personnel (41%) et le souhait de ne pas travailler pour quelqu&rsquo;un d&rsquo;autre (38%) figurent parmi les raisons principales.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, 21% des femmes belges d\u00e9clarent avoir une activit\u00e9 secondaire, un chiffre qui grimpe \u00e0 43% chez les femmes issues de la G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z. En Europe, on retrouve des r\u00e9sultats similaires puisque 26% d\u00e9clarent \u00e9galement avoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 une activit\u00e9 secondaire, et jusqu\u2019\u00e0 52% pour les femmes de la G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z. Les principales motivations pour ces activit\u00e9s secondaires sont l&rsquo;augmentation des revenus (55%), l&rsquo;\u00e9pargne pour un objectif sp\u00e9cifique (26%) et la constitution d&rsquo;un filet de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (21%).<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Les freins \u00e0 l&rsquo;entrepreneuriat f\u00e9minin en Belgique<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 un enthousiasme croissant pour l&rsquo;entrepreneuriat, les femmes belges rencontrent plusieurs obstacles. Un quart (24%) d\u2019entre elles souhaiterait cr\u00e9er leur entreprise mais pensent que ce n&rsquo;est pas possible pour elles, un chiffre qui atteint d\u2019ailleurs 38% chez les Millennials. Les principales barri\u00e8res \u00e9voqu\u00e9es en Belgique sont :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La peur de l\u2019\u00e9chec (27%)<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9 des revenus (26%)<\/li>\n<li>Le manque d\u2019exp\u00e9rience (24%)<\/li>\n<li>Le manque de ressources financi\u00e8res (24%)<\/li>\n<li>Le risque financier li\u00e9 \u00e0 la perte d\u2019un revenu stable (24%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Enfin, le financement reste un d\u00e9fi majeur pour toutes les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, avec 40% des femmes belges de la G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z identifiant l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s aux capitaux comme leur plus grand obstacle.<\/p>\n<p>Paloma Real, Pr\u00e9sidente de la Division Europe de l\u2019Ouest chez Mastercard, d\u00e9veloppe : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Cette \u00e9tude met en lumi\u00e8re l\u2019incroyable esprit entrepreneurial des femmes \u00e0 travers le monde, en particulier chez les jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations. Bien que des progr\u00e8s aient \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s, ces r\u00e9sultats soulignent les d\u00e9fis qui persistent. Nous devons agir rapidement pour cr\u00e9er un environnement favorable \u00e0 toutes les entrepreneures.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Le besoin de soutien et de formation<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pour renforcer leur confiance et r\u00e9duire ces obstacles, les femmes belges expriment le besoin d&rsquo;un meilleur acc\u00e8s aux formations et au mentorat :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>16% souhaitent une formation pour d\u00e9velopper un business plan.<\/li>\n<li>18% aimeraient avoir un partenaire commercial, un chiffre qui monte \u00e0 28% pour les femmes de la G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z.<\/li>\n<li>16 % estiment qu&rsquo;un mentor leur apporterait une aide pr\u00e9cieuse, un chiffre qui atteint 25 % chez les jeunes femmes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De plus, 72% des femmes entrepreneures belges (?) d\u00e9clarent vouloir en apprendre davantage sur la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la protection de leur entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Laurie Delrue, Responsable de l&rsquo;entrepreneuriat f\u00e9minin au sein du R\u00e9seau Entreprendre \u00e0 Bruxelles, t\u00e9moigne : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Nous observons encore un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre parmi nos membres plus \u00e9tablis (seulement 18% de femmes), mais la tendance est plus positive chez les jeunes laur\u00e9ats, o\u00f9 la mixit\u00e9 progresse et d\u00e9passe 25 %. Dans notre programme Impact, nous avons m\u00eame atteint la parit\u00e9, preuve que les femmes sont particuli\u00e8rement engag\u00e9es dans les projets \u00e0 vocation soci\u00e9tale ou environnementale.
