C\u2019est ce qui ressort d\u2019une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e par l\u2019Antwerp Management School et Vias institue. Ainsi, 75% des dirigeants d\u2019entreprise et 81% des cadres estiment que le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail am\u00e9liore la satisfaction et la motivation des salari\u00e9s. De plus, trois quarts des employeurs reconnaissent que le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail facilite l\u2019attraction et la r\u00e9tention des talents.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le 18 mars 2020, le premier confinement d\u00fb au coronavirus a entra\u00een\u00e9 d\u2019importants changements dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, et le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail est l\u2019un des principaux changements li\u00e9s \u00e0 cette p\u00e9riode. Parmi les r\u00e9pondants, quatre entreprises sur dix n\u2019autorisaient pas encore le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail avant 2020. La m\u00eame proportion d\u2019entreprises le proposaient de mani\u00e8re occasionnelle, tandis que seulement 20% permettaient de t\u00e9l\u00e9travailler de fa\u00e7on structurelle.<\/p>\n<p>En 2025, le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail est devenu incontournable. Pas moins de 86% des grandes entreprises (de 500 salari\u00e9s et plus) interrog\u00e9es, offrent d\u00e9sormais un t\u00e9l\u00e9travail structurel, tout comme trois quarts des PME. Cinq ans apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de la pand\u00e9mie, la plupart des PDG et cadres belges restent donc largement favorables au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, m\u00eame si des difficult\u00e9s subsistent.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Impact sur la productivit\u00e9 et la collaboration<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dirigeants et cadres ne per\u00e7oivent pas l\u2019impact du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail sur la productivit\u00e9 de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re. Bien qu\u2019une majorit\u00e9 de patrons (44%) reconnaisse une influence positive (contre 32% une influence n\u00e9gative), les cadres sont encore plus optimistes (71%, contre seulement 12% qui per\u00e7oivent un effet n\u00e9gatif). En ce qui concerne l\u2019absent\u00e9isme, il y a plus de consensus : environ 50% des responsables des deux groupes observent une baisse du taux d\u2019absent\u00e9isme gr\u00e2ce au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Dans notre enqu\u00eate aupr\u00e8s des entreprises en 2021 \u2013 un an apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de la pand\u00e9mie \u2013 nous avions d\u00e9j\u00e0 remarqu\u00e9 que les dirigeants n\u2019avaient pas une vision fondamentalement n\u00e9gative du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique la professeur de psychologie du travail Kathleen Vangronsvelt de l\u2019AMS. \u00ab\u00a0<em>\u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9poque, la moiti\u00e9 des PDG constataient que le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail am\u00e9liorait la concentration de leurs salari\u00e9s, tandis qu\u2019un quart voyait plut\u00f4t des effets n\u00e9gatifs. Un tiers observait des effets positifs sur l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s dans l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de leurs t\u00e2ches, contre un tiers qui percevait des effets n\u00e9gatifs. Pourtant, beaucoup seront surpris de voir \u00e0 quel point les employeurs reconnaissent aujourd\u2019hui clairement les effets positifs du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail sur la productivit\u00e9. Il se peut que ce soit aussi d\u00fb au fait que les m\u00e9dias mettent davantage en avant des exemples extr\u00eames, comme les entreprises adoptant des positions strictes et exigeant un retour \u00e0 100% au bureau.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>En mati\u00e8re de collaboration, les r\u00e9pondants signalent surtout des difficult\u00e9s dans les r\u00e9unions hybrides. Pr\u00e8s de sept dirigeants sur dix (67%) et 53% des cadres trouvent que les interactions sont compliqu\u00e9es lors de r\u00e9unions o\u00f9 certains participants sont pr\u00e9sents physiquement et d\u2019autres en ligne. Le travail en \u00e9quipe pour trouver des solutions est \u00e9galement plus difficile avec le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, selon 57% des PDG et 41% des cadres. Fait notable : un quart des cadres estiment au contraire que cela facilite la collaboration. De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les cadres semblent rencontrer moins de difficult\u00e9s que les dirigeants d\u2019entreprise, y compris pour la gestion des \u00e9quipes. Pour 54% des CEO, il s\u2019agit d\u2019un d\u00e9fi, contre seulement 39% des cadres \u2013 dont un quart consid\u00e8rent m\u00eame que cela simplifie leur travail.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Flexibilit\u00e9 et structure<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Comment les entreprises organisent-elles concr\u00e8tement le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail ? Dans environ la moiti\u00e9 des cas, c\u2019est l\u2019entreprise qui d\u00e9termine le nombre de jours o\u00f9 les collaborateurs doivent \u00eatre pr\u00e9sents au bureau. Les d\u00e9cisions sont moins souvent laiss\u00e9es aux cadres, aux \u00e9quipes ou aux salari\u00e9s eux-m\u00eames. En moyenne, les employ\u00e9s peuvent t\u00e9l\u00e9travailler deux (35%) ou trois jours (34%) par semaine. Quant aux jours de pr\u00e9sence au bureau, la d\u00e9cision revient plus souvent aux salari\u00e9s ou aux \u00e9quipes eux-m\u00eames (tous deux \u00e0 33%) qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019entreprise (15%).<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous observons clairement une tendance avec les \u00ab\u00a0journ\u00e9es pleines\u00a0\u00bb, ce qui engendre un trafic plus dense sur les routes le mardi et le jeudi\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> note la professeure Vangronsvelt. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les \u00e9quipes et les salari\u00e9s choisissent souvent en fonction de leurs pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences personnelles et de l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e les jours o\u00f9 ils se rendent au bureau.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>De plus, la moiti\u00e9 des r\u00e9pondants indiquent que les salari\u00e9s peuvent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d\u00e9cider eux-m\u00eames de leurs horaires de travail, \u00e0 condition d\u2019\u00eatre disponibles \u00e0 certains moments cl\u00e9s de la journ\u00e9e. Un quart des entreprises adoptent une approche l\u00e9g\u00e8rement moins flexible : les collaborateurs doivent respecter des horaires fixes, tout en disposant d\u2019une certaine souplesse pour moduler quelques heures. Le fait d\u2019avoir des horaires communs am\u00e9liore la connexion entre les salari\u00e9s en t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et les aide aussi \u00e0 se d\u00e9connecter du travail en dehors de ces heures.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Impact sur le trafic<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dr. Manon Feys de Vias institute ajoute : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Chaque trajet domicile-travail \u00e9vit\u00e9 signifie moins de congestion sur les routes aux heures de pointe. Nous avons calcul\u00e9 qu\u2019en 2023, cela a permis d\u2019\u00e9viter 1 126 accidents de voiture, dont 9 mortels. Le trafic reste un facteur souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9 lorsqu\u2019on \u00e9voque les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: l\u2019\u00e9tude de l\u2019Antwerp Management School (Next Generation Work) et de l\u2019institut Vias, men\u00e9e sous la direction de la professeure Dr Kathleen Vangronsvelt, Tomas Vandereycken et Dr Manon Feys, se concentre sur la perception du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail par les employeurs en 2025.
