Robert Walters, sp\u00e9cialiste mondial des solutions de talents, nous donne quelques conseils.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Pourquoi les candidats ghostent-ils?<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Des \u00e9tudes r\u00e9centes montrent que les demandeurs d&#8217;emploi postulent en masse : 38 % d&rsquo;entre eux envoient plus de 20 candidatures par semaine, souvent avec l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;outils d&rsquo;intelligence artificielle. Il en r\u00e9sulte un engagement moindre pour chaque candidature individuelle, des lettres de motivation impersonnelles et des candidats qui ne se souviennent plus exactement o\u00f9 et pour quel poste ils ont postul\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Comment pr\u00e9venir le ghosting en tant qu&rsquo;organisation?<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Gardez le processus de candidature simple et direct<br \/>\n58% des candidats abandonnent un processus de recrutement long ou fastidieux. Fournissez un texte clair sur l&rsquo;offre d&#8217;emploi avec des attentes concr\u00e8tes, un formulaire de candidature court et efficace et r\u00e9duisez au minimum le nombre d&rsquo;entretiens.<\/li>\n<li>Communiquez rapidement et de mani\u00e8re transparente<br \/>\nFaites savoir aux candidats quand ils peuvent s&rsquo;attendre \u00e0 recevoir une r\u00e9ponse, comment se d\u00e9roule la suite du processus et qui est leur personne de contact. Un suivi rapide cr\u00e9e la confiance et renforce l&rsquo;engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Personnalisez votre message<br \/>\nLes candidats \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi re\u00e7oivent souvent des messages standard ou pas de r\u00e9ponse du tout. Une mise \u00e0 jour personnelle ou une br\u00e8ve explication \u00e0 un refus fait une grande diff\u00e9rence. C&rsquo;est une preuve de respect et cela renforce votre image en tant qu&#8217;employeur.<\/li>\n<li>Testez la motivation \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de questions cibl\u00e9es<br \/>\nAu cours des entretiens, vous pouvez utiliser les bonnes questions pour \u00e9valuer la d\u00e9termination d&rsquo;un candidat. Posez donc des questions telles que \u00ab\u00a0<em>Qu&rsquo;est-ce qui vous attire le plus dans notre organisation, en dehors du contenu du poste ? \u201c, \u201dQue pourrait faire votre employeur actuel pour que vous restiez quand m\u00eame ? \u201c, \u201dDans quel cas regretteriez-vous cette d\u00e9cision?\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0Les candidats qui peuvent r\u00e9pondre convenablement \u00e0 ces questions ont tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre plus s\u00e9rieux et moins susceptibles d&rsquo;abandonner leur candidature.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il est difficile d&rsquo;\u00e9viter compl\u00e8tement le ghosting. Mais avec une candidature fluide, transparente et humaine, vous r\u00e9duisez consid\u00e9rablement les risques.
