Nos entreprises n\u2019ont jamais autant investi en mati\u00e8re de pr\u00e9vention et de gestion de la sant\u00e9 de leurs collaborateurs. Et des voix s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8vent pour d\u00e9noncer l\u2019instrumentalisation du bien-\u00eatre par le grand capital, qui ne recule devant aucune contradiction\u2026 Et de reprocher aux patrons de s\u2019impliquer dans les questions du capital sant\u00e9 des travailleurs dans une logique de performance durable\u2026 N\u2019est-ce pas simplement logique?<br \/>\nEt que r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 celles et ceux qui contestent une approche int\u00e9ress\u00e9e? La r\u00e9ponse que nous voudrions leur donner est simple : <em>\u2018Oui, la d\u00e9marche s\u2019inscrit dans une recherche de rentabilit\u00e9. Et alors?\u2019<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>A part d\u00e9velopper un sentiment de culpabilit\u00e9 dans le chef des entrepreneurs, voire leur d\u00e9sengagement vis-\u00e0-vis du sujet pourtant essentiel du bien-\u00eatre, \u00e0 quoi peut bien servir ce proc\u00e8s d\u2019intention? La critique de ce que l\u2019on appelle \u2018l\u2019id\u00e9ologie n\u00e9olib\u00e9rale\u2019 et du recours aux \u2018nouveaux outils du capitalisme\u2019 (d\u00e9veloppement de soi, coaching, espaces de relaxation\u2026) est audible et m\u00eame plut\u00f4t saine. Cependant, lorsqu\u2019elle pointe la plupart du temps une tendance \u00e0 l\u2019individualisation, c\u2019est l\u00e0 qu\u2019elle se trompe sur les intentions de nos entreprises.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Retour sur investissement l\u00e9gitime et normal<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La qu\u00eate de rentabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019investissement en mati\u00e8re de bien-\u00eatre des travailleurs n\u2019a rien d\u2019inappropri\u00e9. C\u2019est le principe m\u00eame de la bonne gestion. Il aura sans doute fallu du temps pour y arriver mais la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du People Management nous montre d\u00e9sormais qu\u2019il ne faut jamais choisir entre la performance et le bien-\u00eatre. Ce sont les deux faces d\u2019une seule et m\u00eame pi\u00e8ce.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019am\u00e9lioration globale des conditions de travail, dans nos contr\u00e9es privil\u00e9gi\u00e9es, n\u2019est pas contestable. Et la recherche est continue en mati\u00e8re de solutions adapt\u00e9es visant \u00e0 garantir l\u2019\u00e9quilibre &#8211; instable, par d\u00e9finition &#8211; entre la vie priv\u00e9e et la vie professionnelle. Seuls quelques niais et autres id\u00e9ologues but\u00e9s persistent \u00e0 s\u2019opposer aux motivations sinc\u00e8res des dirigeants et des People Managers en ce qui concerne l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de leurs coll\u00e8gues.<\/p>\n<p>Quiconque a exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 quotidienne d\u2019une entreprise et de son management peut r\u00e9aliser \u00e0 quel point le d\u00e9crochage d\u2019un collaborateur pour des raisons de sant\u00e9 est v\u00e9cu comme un \u00e9chec. D\u00e9faut de pr\u00e9vention ou de rem\u00e9diation, peu importe\u2026 La protection du corps social est une priorit\u00e9, sociale et \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Prendre soin de soi, prendre soin des autres<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Venons-en \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 la question sensible de la responsabilit\u00e9 individuelle. La culture de la performance et de la r\u00e9alisation de soi \u2013 soit un des fondements de ce foutu capitalisme \u2013 est-elle le moteur de nos organisations? Et nos entreprises sont-elles \u00e0 l\u2019origine du chacun pour soi ?<\/p>\n<p>La raison pour laquelle la plupart des initiatives sont centr\u00e9es sur une approche individualis\u00e9e est double : d\u2019une part, chacun.e est confront\u00e9 \u00e0 une situation particuli\u00e8re et, d\u2019autre part, nous touchons rapidement \u00e0 la sph\u00e8re de l\u2019intime.<\/p>\n<p>Ceci \u00e9tant, les strat\u00e9gies qui sont d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de bien-\u00eatre sont plus \u00e9labor\u00e9es que cela. La dimension collective, passant notamment par l\u2019importance et la qualit\u00e9 des relations, est centrale dans la plupart de nos organisations. Bien s\u00fbr, le travail sur soi est n\u00e9cessaire pour comprendre les difficult\u00e9s auxquelles chacun.e d\u2019entre nous est confront\u00e9.e. Et nous savons, par ailleurs, que le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019une culture de solidarit\u00e9, d\u2019entraide et de vigilance mutuelle est indispensable, elle aussi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Confiance envers l\u2019engagement sinc\u00e8re du management<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Il est temps, pour la paix des m\u00e9nages et de la concertation sociale, que nous puissions toutes et tous faire cr\u00e9dit aux entrepreneurs et managers de leur implication r\u00e9elle en mati\u00e8re de bien-\u00eatre.<br \/>\nSans hypocrisie. Sans na\u00efvet\u00e9. En veillant \u00e0 toujours rester positif dans la fa\u00e7on d\u2019appr\u00e9hender un sujet qui requiert toutes les bonnes volont\u00e9s du monde&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Nous serions bien inspir\u00e9s de pr\u00e9server la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019agir du management sur le terrain du bien-\u00eatre. Si celui-ci ne s\u2019en pr\u00e9occupe pas, il fait preuve d\u2019une n\u00e9gligence intol\u00e9rable. Et lorsqu\u2019il le prend \u00e0 bras-le-corps, il est coupable de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration capitaliste! Allons\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Les travailleurs ont besoin d\u2019entreprises et d\u2019employeurs qui prennent des engagements forts. Dont celui qui consiste \u00e0 investir dans la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de celles et ceux qui viennent s\u2019inscrire chaque jour dans un projet collectif. Voil\u00e0 bien un terrain sur lequel le consensus est total. Prendre soin de soi, prendre soin de nos proches. Partout. Tout le temps.
