Ce rapport s&rsquo;inscrit dans la tradition du <em>\u00ab\u00a0Monitoring socio-\u00e9conomique : march\u00e9 du travail et origine\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, publi\u00e9 tous les deux ans depuis 2013.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>David Clarinval, ministre de l\u2019Emploi : \u00ab\u00a0<em>La diversit\u00e9 sert de levier pour atteindre l&rsquo;un des objectifs les plus importants de ce gouvernement : augmenter le taux d&#8217;emploi dans notre pays. Nous avons besoin de chaque talent pour continuer \u00e0 soutenir notre syst\u00e8me de protection sociale. Le manque de diversit\u00e9 dans le monde du travail cause un triple pr\u00e9judice \u00e9conomique: en privant l&rsquo;entreprise du talent ad\u00e9quat, en privant l&#8217;employ\u00e9 ou l&#8217;employ\u00e9 potentiel de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration ad\u00e9quate et en mettant en p\u00e9ril la productivit\u00e9 de notre march\u00e9 du travail.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Alors que le Monitoring cartographiait la diversit\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9 du travail principalement en termes d&rsquo;origine, ce Rapport Diversit\u00e9 a l&rsquo;ambition de capter tous les aspects mesurables de la diversit\u00e9, et donc les diff\u00e9rents crit\u00e8res de la loi anti-discrimination, comme le sexe, l\u2019\u00e2ge, et bien d\u2019autres encore. Ce faisant, ce rapport examine les diff\u00e9rentes variables qui peuvent avoir un impact sur la carri\u00e8re. Le rapport innove \u00e9galement en \u00e9tudiant la position sur le march\u00e9 du travail des personnes en situation de handicap, des personnes en couple homosexuel et des personnes en maladie de longue dur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>David Clarinval, Ministre de l\u2019Emploi : \u00ab\u00a0<em>En tant que nouveau ministre de l&rsquo;Emploi d&rsquo;un gouvernement qui accorde une grande importance \u00e0 une politique fond\u00e9e sur des donn\u00e9es probantes, je ne peux que me r\u00e9jouir de pouvoir commencer mon mandat avec la pr\u00e9sentation de ce rapport qui nous donne un aper\u00e7u riche et d\u00e9taill\u00e9 du march\u00e9 du travail belge dans toute sa diversit\u00e9.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Outre ce rapport, des fiches sectorielles d\u00e9taill\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9es pour les diff\u00e9rentes (sous-)commissions paritaires, au sein desquelles si\u00e8gent les partenaires sociaux des secteurs concern\u00e9s. En application de la loi du 3 octobre 2022, elles sont charg\u00e9es de les \u00e9tudier, d&rsquo;en tirer les conclusions qui s&rsquo;imposent et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, de prendre les mesures appropri\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, le rapport comprend \u00e9galement un appel \u00e0 rendre plus accessibles les donn\u00e9es administratives relatives au march\u00e9 du travail, et en particulier \u00e0 investir davantage dans le Datawarehouse march\u00e9 du travail et protection sociale.<\/p>\n<p>Geert De Poorter, pr\u00e9sident du Comit\u00e9 de direction du SPF Emploi : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Le SPF Emploi g\u00e8re en interne cette base empirique particuli\u00e8rement riche et continuera \u00e0 le faire. \u00c0 l&rsquo;avenir, nous nous engagerons encore davantage \u00e0 cartographier l&rsquo;ensemble du march\u00e9 du travail belge.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source : SPF Emploi, Travail et Concertation sociale<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le ministre de l\u2019Emploi, David Clarinval et le SPF Emploi ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 hier le premier Rapport Diversit\u00e9.
