Le rythme d\u2019implantation de nouveaux points de vente a connu une forte acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration au cours de ces deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, avec notamment l\u2019ouverture du magasin d\u2019Evere, soit la deuxi\u00e8me des implantations europ\u00e9ennes pr\u00e9sentant 9000 m\u00e8tres2 de surface commerciale et abritant le si\u00e8ge central du groupe en Belgique.<\/p>\n<p>Herman Van Beveren, CEO de Decathlon en Belgique, explique les raisons de cette \u00e9volution rapide : \u2018\u2019<em>Nous nous sommes structur\u00e9s pour disposer d\u2019une force de frappe rapide et efficace. En fait, la pratique du sport n\u2019augmente pas vraiment dans le pays\u2026 mais nous la rendons de plus en plus accessible gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des produits tr\u00e8s accessibles sur le plan du prix. Cette approche nous rend hyper d\u00e9sirable pour toutes les r\u00e9gions. Notre d\u00e9veloppement est donc loin d\u2019\u00eatre termin\u00e9 : ce projet devrait nous amener \u00e0 45 points de vente.\u2019<\/em>\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons en effet rencontr\u00e9 Herman Van Beveren (CEO) et Romuald Saenen (DRH) afin d&rsquo;identifier et de comprendre les ressorts de leur politique en mati\u00e8re de People Management.
