Un test grandeur nature de notre capacit\u00e9 de rebond\u2026 Notre grand fr\u00e8re protecteur et mod\u00e8le de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, les Etats-Unis en l\u2019occurrence, nous abandonne \u00e0 notre sort et il est \u00e9vident que le temps est venu de nous choisir \u00e0 la fois une destin\u00e9e et une m\u00e9thode qui nous correspondent.<br \/>\nUne \u00e9tape essentielle dans la construction de soi que celle qui consiste \u00e0 trouver notre propre voie. \u00catre enfin oblig\u00e9 de penser par nous-m\u00eames. Le d\u00e9but de notre propre leadership.<br \/>\nMaintenant, il faut choisir le mod\u00e8le de gouvernance qui nous convient. C\u2019est en m\u00eame temps une angoisse et une lib\u00e9ration. Alors, on attend quoi?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Impossible de ne pas faire le parall\u00e8le avec le d\u00e9veloppement personnel et notamment avec cette \u00e9tape-cl\u00e9 qui passe par l\u2019\u00e9mancipation et l\u2019affirmation de nos propres convictions. Le choix qui est devant nous vient en r\u00e9action \u00e0 des discours et des actions qui, globalement, nous d\u00e9go\u00fbtent. Ok, mais cela ne suffit pour d\u00e9finir ce que nous voulons. La question qui nous est pos\u00e9e est la suivante : quel mod\u00e8le voulons-nous proposer en guise d\u2019alternative \u00e0 celui qui nous insulte et qui est fond\u00e9 sur le culte de personnalit\u00e9s hyper narcissiques?<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Continuer \u00e0 croire dans la force de la coh\u00e9sion<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Est-ce que notre continent et nos valeurs sont en phase terminale? La crainte existentielle avec laquelle nous vivons aujourd\u2019hui concerne notre attractivit\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s des investisseurs. Soyons lucides : ils ne sont plus int\u00e9ress\u00e9s \u00e0 venir chez nous. Nous sommes juste un march\u00e9 pour \u00e9couler des stocks, une zone compliqu\u00e9e par-dessus tout parce qu\u2019elle n\u2019est pas homog\u00e8ne \u00e0 cause de cette foutue diversit\u00e9 qui la caract\u00e9rise.<br \/>\nNotre mod\u00e8le est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme d\u00e9cadent par les dictateurs qui se multiplient autour de nous. Au fond, cela devrait nous r\u00e9jouir! C\u2019est sans doute m\u00eame le moment id\u00e9al pour en rappeler les fondations: le collectif, l\u2019ouverture, le compromis, l\u2019int\u00e9gration\u2026<br \/>\nNos \u00e9quipes puisent leurs forces dans la coh\u00e9sion, ce qui implique un effort quotidien pour r\u00e9sister aux instincts guerriers qui dominent aujourd\u2019hui, notamment au sein de nos comit\u00e9s de direction et conseils d\u2019administration.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Quelle strat\u00e9gie face \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie du bulldozer: la riposte ou l\u2019\u00e9vitement?<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les leaders autocratiques ont en effet besoin d\u2019ennemis pour se maintenir en position. Ils se nourrissent des conflits et multiplient les provocations et autres formes d\u2019agression afin d\u2019occuper l\u2019espace. Face \u00e0 ces \u2018cr\u00e9atures\u2019, il est sage de conserver une forme assum\u00e9e de temp\u00e9rance.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019inconv\u00e9nient lorsqu\u2019on n\u2019est pas touch\u00e9 par cette hypertrophie de l\u2019ego (ou \u00e0 tout le moins que l\u2019on reste capable de s\u2019en distancier lorsque les chevilles sont trop gonfl\u00e9es), c\u2019est que l\u2019on d\u00e9veloppe une capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 encaisser les coups sans broncher. On attend que l\u2019adversaire s\u2019essouffle et pendant ce temps, on subit.<br \/>\nPourtant, nous ne pouvons pas toujours \u2018laisser faire\u2019\u2026 Les attaques qui touchent \u00e0 nos fondamentaux ne doivent pas rester sans r\u00e9ponse. Un exemple? Comment nos entreprises vont-elles r\u00e9agir au mot d\u2019ordre transmis par les ambassades US afin de mettre fin sans d\u00e9lai \u00e0 leur politique de diversit\u00e9 et d\u2019inclusion? Il n\u2019y a pas de place en l\u2019occurrence pour une r\u00e9action ti\u00e8de. Nous sommes en droit de rappeler \u00e0 nos \u2018cousins\u2019 nord-am\u00e9ricains qu\u2019ils n\u2019auront plus acc\u00e8s \u00e0 nos march\u00e9s sans engagement sinc\u00e8re en la mati\u00e8re. Simple.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>La capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 rester en conversation avec nos \u2018adversaires\u2019\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ce sont deux mod\u00e8les de gouvernance qui devraient s\u2019affronter, si nous confirmons notre opposition au retour en force des m\u00e2les alpha (sans caricaturer la question du genre m\u00eame s\u2019il est au c\u0153ur du d\u00e9bat de fond\u2026). D\u2019une part, celui d\u2019un leadership autoritaire construit sur la mythologie d\u2019un super-h\u00e9ros (qui meurt de toute fa\u00e7on \u00e0 la fin, c\u2019est nettement plus romantique). Et d\u2019autre part, celui de la dynamique collective souvent complexe ou m\u00eame fastidieuse (le temps n\u00e9cessaire pour le compromis) qui permet d\u2019assurer des transitions douces.<\/p>\n<p>Le moment est venu de r\u00e9affirmer ce que nous voulons, quelles que soient les qualit\u00e9s intrins\u00e8ques de nos leaders. Puisque nous continuons de croire que c\u2019est la somme des comp\u00e9tences et des \u00e9nergies qui fait tourner nos entreprises, il est \u00e9vident que la dimension collective restera au c\u0153ur de notre avenir.
