Licenciements et non-remplacements des d\u00e9parts sont \u00e0 l&rsquo;ordre du jour."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le barom\u00e8tre de l&#8217;emploi des PME de SD Worx pr\u00e9voit une tendance n\u00e9gative au deuxi\u00e8me trimestre de 2025. D&rsquo;une part, les projets de recrutement des PME (jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 250 travailleurs) sont en baisse. C&rsquo;est en Wallonie que le recul est le plus marqu\u00e9. Au trimestre dernier, une PME sur trois envisageait encore de recruter ; aujourd&rsquo;hui, elles ne sont plus que 25%. \u00c0 Bruxelles, ce nombre monte \u00e0 27% et 29% pour la Flandre.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;autre part, l&rsquo;intention de licencier augmente : 15% des PME s&rsquo;attendent \u00e0 devoir licencier. Seules en septembre 2022 et en 2020, les intentions de licencier \u00e9taient encore plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Seul un quart des licenciements sera remplac\u00e9. Ces pourcentages sont issus de la derni\u00e8re enqu\u00eate de SD Worx sondant 661 PME en mars 2025.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Baisse significative des intentions d&#8217;embauche dans les PME<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En moyenne, 28% des PME belges souhaitent recruter entre avril et fin juin de cette ann\u00e9e. L&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, en mars, ce chiffre \u00e9tait encore de 36%. Depuis la p\u00e9riode de mars 2021 &#8211; avril 2020, les intentions n&rsquo;ont jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi basses. Les attentes ont chut\u00e9 dans toutes les r\u00e9gions, secteurs et tailles d&rsquo;entreprises.<\/p>\n<p>Ce trimestre, davantage de PME recrutent pour remplacer : la moiti\u00e9 (50%) contre un peu plus d&rsquo;une sur trois (38%) au trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. L&rsquo;expansion reste la principale raison (60%), bien que cela repr\u00e9sente une baisse par rapport au trimestre dernier, lorsque les intentions d&#8217;embauche concernaient encore les trois quarts des PME (73%).<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Une situation comparable \u00e0 la p\u00e9riode Covid : davantage de licenciements pr\u00e9vus<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Il n&rsquo;y a pas de diff\u00e9rences entre les r\u00e9gions : tant \u00e0 Bruxelles qu&rsquo;en Flandre et en Wallonie, 15% des PME ont des plans de licenciement. Pour Bruxelles uniquement, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une l\u00e9g\u00e8re am\u00e9lioration par rapport au trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent (lorsque ce chiffre \u00e9tait de 18%). Cependant, il faut retourner \u00e0 septembre 2022 et \u00e0 2020 pour retrouver des intentions de licenciement encore plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Seule une PME sur quatre pr\u00e9voit un remplacement en cas de licenciement ; trois quarts ne remplacent pas.<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Vassilios Skarlidis, directeur PME chez SD Worx : \u00ab\u00a0<em>La baisse des plans de recrutement se manifeste dans les trois r\u00e9gions. L&rsquo;optimisme concernant le volume de travail a \u00e9galement diminu\u00e9 pour ce trimestre : 15% des PME s&rsquo;attendent \u00e0 une diminution, tandis que 28% anticipent une augmentation. En moyenne, il y a presque deux fois plus de PME qui souhaitent recruter (27% \u00e0 Bruxelles et 25% en Wallonie) que de PME qui envisagent de d\u00e9missionner (15%). Ce n&rsquo;est pas le cas des PME de moins de 5 travailleurs : elles sont presque aussi nombreuses \u00e0 envisager une d\u00e9mission (13%) qu&rsquo;une embauche (16%).
