Ces valeurs sont inscrites au c\u0153ur du projet bruxellois et consolid\u00e9es dans le Code bruxellois de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9. Il n\u2019est pas question de tol\u00e9rer qu\u2019un \u00c9tat tiers cherche \u00e0 conditionner nos choix sociaux ou \u00e0 imposer un recul id\u00e9ologique.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Bruxelles ne se soumet pas \u00e0 des logiques commerciales dict\u00e9es par des imp\u00e9ratifs contraires \u00e0 nos valeurs. Nous n\u2019acceptons aucune ing\u00e9rence dans la construction de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 juste et inclusive\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em>\u00a0d\u00e9clare Bernard Clerfayt.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce cadre, le Ministre mettra un projet de note sur la table du Gouvernement, en vue d\u2019une r\u00e9ponse coordonn\u00e9e \u00e0 cette tentative d\u2019ing\u00e9rence et de la pr\u00e9servation active des politiques DEI \u00e0 Bruxelles. \u00c0 tout le moins, il proposera trois pistes concr\u00e8tes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u2019adoption d\u2019une circulaire rendant obligatoire l\u2019insertion de clauses DEI dans tous les march\u00e9s publics r\u00e9gionaux ;<\/li>\n<li>Le rappel aux entreprises subsidi\u00e9es de leurs obligations contractuelles en mati\u00e8re de plans de diversit\u00e9, avec la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des subsides en cas de retrait id\u00e9ologique de ces engagements ;<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019invitation \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9tat belge et \u00e0 l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne \u00e0 prendre position fermement et \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger les politiques sociales europ\u00e9ennes de toute pression ext\u00e9rieure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le Gouvernement bruxellois est ainsi appel\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9affirmer, haut et fort, que les valeurs d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9, de diversit\u00e9 et d\u2019inclusion sont non n\u00e9gociables.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: Cabinet du Ministre Clerfayt<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Face aux pressions exerc\u00e9es par les ambassades am\u00e9ricaines demandant aux entreprises europ\u00e9ennes de renoncer \u00e0 leurs politiques de diversit\u00e9, d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 et d\u2019inclusion (DEI) pour conserver leur acc\u00e8s aux march\u00e9s publics am\u00e9ricains, la R\u00e9gion de Bruxelles-Capitale entend r\u00e9agir avec fermet\u00e9 et [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[65,10],"tags":[93,169,544],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.0 -
