Une tendance qui ne pose pas de probl\u00e8me aux employeurs, mais alors : que faut-il inclure sur son CV en dehors de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience et des dipl\u00f4mes\u2009?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les loisirs, les comp\u00e9tences interpersonnelles et les objectifs de carri\u00e8re prennent clairement de l\u2019importance\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Jo\u00ebl Poilvache, Regional Managing Director chez Robert Half.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019essor de l\u2019intelligence artificielle, r\u00e9diger un CV n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi facile. Il suffit d\u2019entrer quelques donn\u00e9es personnelles ou de partager le lien de son profil LinkedIn, et un mod\u00e8le enti\u00e8rement compl\u00e9t\u00e9 s\u2019affiche automatiquement. Mais ces informations sont-elles vraiment pertinentes\u2009?<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Les donn\u00e9es personnelles<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Il arrive de plus en plus fr\u00e9quemment que l\u2019\u00e2ge, le genre et m\u00eame la photo disparaissent consciemment des CV. Pourquoi\u2009? Parce que les candidats veulent \u00eatre \u00e9valu\u00e9s sur leurs comp\u00e9tences et leur exp\u00e9rience, sans que des pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s (conscients ou inconscients) n\u2019entrent en jeu.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Jo\u00ebl Poilvache, Regional Managing Director chez Robert Half, cette \u00e9volution ne pose aucun probl\u00e8me aux employeurs. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Un CV sans donn\u00e9es personnelles n\u2019est plus un d\u00e9savantage. Tant que les informations essentielles &#8211; comme les coordonn\u00e9es, la formation et l\u2019exp\u00e9rience professionnelle &#8211; sont pr\u00e9sentes, nous constatons que les employeurs restent ouverts. Leur priorit\u00e9 est avant tout de trouver la personne adapt\u00e9e au poste, ind\u00e9pendamment de son apparence ou de son origine.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Les loisirs gagnent en popularit\u00e9<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Cette situation parle sans doute aux jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s et aux personnes qui envisagent une reconversion professionnelle. Postuler \u00e0 un emploi sans avoir (encore) l\u2019exp\u00e9rience n\u00e9cessaire : cela peut \u00eatre une source de frustration mais ce n\u2019est rien d\u2019insurmontable.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Faites le lien entre vos loisirs et ce qu\u2019ils r\u00e9v\u00e8lent de vous sur le plan professionnel. Une personne sportive qui a couru un marathon fait preuve d\u2019une grande pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance. Un capitaine d\u2019\u00e9quipe de football ou un chef scout d\u00e9montrent des comp\u00e9tences en leadership. Et vous faites du b\u00e9n\u00e9volat ? Cela met en avant votre engagement soci\u00e9tal\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Jo\u00ebl Poilvache. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Dans certains secteurs, il est \u00e9galement int\u00e9ressant de mentionner ses r\u00e9sultats acad\u00e9miques ou des distinctions obtenues. Pour un employeur, cela peut \u00eatre tout aussi int\u00e9ressant qu\u2019un candidat ayant plus d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans le domaine.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Les objectifs de carri\u00e8re<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Une autre tendance que les recruteurs observent de plus en plus souvent est l\u2019ajout d\u2019objectifs de carri\u00e8re sur les CV. Les candidats indiquent ainsi o\u00f9 ils se voient dans quelques ann\u00e9es et les objectifs professionnels qu\u2019ils souhaitent atteindre.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous saluons pleinement cette \u00e9volution. Dans un march\u00e9 du travail concurrentiel, cela peut faire la diff\u00e9rence pour un candidat. Cela apporte une clart\u00e9 imm\u00e9diate, tant aux employeurs que pour les candidates, quant aux perspectives d\u2019\u00e9volutions et aux opportunit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re.
