Aujourd\u2019hui, la prise de d\u00e9cision est de plus en plus souvent une pure affirmation de la force que l\u2019on pense pouvoir exercer sur le monde qui nous entoure. Le terrible retour en arri\u00e8re que nous sommes en train de vivre peut \u00eatre r\u00e9sum\u00e9 comme l\u2019exercice ultime des pleins pouvoirs.<br \/>\nRestons lucides&#8230; La p\u00e9riode actuelle est \u2018inspirante\u2019 pour nombre de leaders qui n\u2019attendaient que cela : que nos soci\u00e9t\u00e9s soient pilot\u00e9es par des majorit\u00e9s qui pr\u00f4nent le passage en force, l\u2019agressivit\u00e9 d\u00e9brid\u00e9e et l\u2019acceptation des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts collat\u00e9raux. L\u2019important, c\u2019est d\u2019agir. Et m\u00eame si les d\u00e9cisions manquent de fondement, elles ont le m\u00e9rite de faire bouger les lignes. Vraiment? Est-ce le projet collectif dans lequel nous voulons nous inscrire ?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le nombre de d\u00e9cisions erratiques est en augmentation. L\u2019autorit\u00e9 semble devoir privil\u00e9gier l\u2019impulsivit\u00e9, aux d\u00e9pens de l\u2019analyse et de l\u2019anticipation des risques. Il y a de la casse \u00e0 tous les niveaux, c\u2019est \u00e9vident. Des mod\u00e8les \u00e9conomiques s\u2019effondrent. Des foss\u00e9s sociaux se creusent. Des travailleurs d\u00e9gustent. Et les pr\u00e9dateurs* &#8211; parmi lesquels figurent ceux que l\u2019on appellent les conquistadors de la Tech \u2013 se partagent le monde et ses richesses. Normal?<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>L\u2019affirmation des pleins pouvoirs puisque personne ne conteste vraiment\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Un patron, \u00e7a d\u00e9cide. Il est (bien) pay\u00e9 pour cela. Sa position suffit \u00e0 donner toute la l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire aux choix qu\u2019il pose. Voil\u00e0 quelle est la conviction \u00e0 l\u2019origine du retour de ces \u2018bons vieux\u2019 leaders autocratiques, retour qui nous pr\u00e9occupe vraiment, au point de l\u2019\u00e9voquer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement dans notre exercice \u00e9ditorial.<\/p>\n<p>Nous voulons regarder cela aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 l\u2019aune de notre (absence de) r\u00e9action face \u00e0 ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne\u2026 Nous accordons une place trop importante et un pouvoir incroyable \u00e0 des leaders auto-d\u00e9sign\u00e9s. Sur quels fondements repose cette confiance aveugle envers des dirigeants dop\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9go trip ? Cela reste un myst\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Ce pouvoir doit \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9, tant\u00f4t par le challenge, tant\u00f4t par le soutien. C\u2019est le double r\u00f4le des partenaires sociaux et des instances de gouvernance que nous sommes en train de d\u00e9crire ici. Et Lorsque ceux-ci n\u2019interviennent pas malgr\u00e9 leur responsabilit\u00e9 clairement engag\u00e9e, il faut organiser la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019interne.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Argumentation et p\u00e9dagogie, synonymes de lenteur ?<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Quelle que soit la motivation &#8211; sens de l\u2019urgence ou r\u00e9paration des erreurs du pass\u00e9, par exemple &#8211; , l\u2019autorit\u00e9 s\u2019exerce dans la prise de d\u00e9cision impulsive. La vitesse est essentielle. Le temps de la r\u00e9flexion est \u00e9coul\u00e9. Il faut agir et nous verrons bien quelles seront les cons\u00e9quences.<\/p>\n<p>A contrario, les travaux \u00e0 mener en mati\u00e8re d\u2019argumentation des d\u00e9cisions, d\u2019anticipation des risques et de soutien p\u00e9dagogique afin d\u2019obtenir l\u2019adh\u00e9sion sont ray\u00e9s de la carte. Ils sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des processus longs et fastidieux, alors que le collaborateur lambda qui tenterait de s\u2019y soustraire serait clou\u00e9 au pilori pour un \u00e9vident manque de professionnalisme. Une parfaite contradiction que nous peinons \u00e0 expliquer, sauf \u00e0 faire appel \u00e0 une forme de g\u00e9nie qui nous \u00e9chappe\u2026 et \u00e0 laquelle nous ne croyons absolument pas.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a deux raisons pour lesquelles cette m\u00e9thode consistant \u00e0 passer en force existe : la peur et la paresse. Nous ne voulons pas affronter les profils dominants car nous anticipons un retour de b\u00e2ton douloureux. Et puis, pourquoi donc s\u2019emb\u00eater avec cette lutte de pouvoir ? Laissons la foule se lasser de son bienfaiteur supr\u00eame, m\u00eame si les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts seront colossaux.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Le temps pour l\u2019entreprise de s\u2019affirmer comme un lieu de partage et de convivialit\u00e9<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ce n\u2019est \u00e9videmment pas acceptable. Un collectif humain ne peut \u00eatre le jouet d\u2019un psychopathe, peu importe sa position hi\u00e9rarchique d\u2019ailleurs car il faut rappeler ici que ces leaders totalitaires n\u2019occupent pas forc\u00e9ment le sommet de l\u2019organisation.<br \/>\nNos entreprises priv\u00e9es et publiques, grandes et petites, sont des lieux de partage et de convivialit\u00e9 qui doivent s\u2019affirmer en tant que telles.
