C&rsquo;est ce qui ressort d&rsquo;une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par iVox pour le compte de l&rsquo;International Coaching Federation (ICF) aupr\u00e8s de 250 cadres sup\u00e9rieurs belges. 57% des managers consid\u00e8rent la pr\u00e9vention du burnout comme une priorit\u00e9 et plus de la moiti\u00e9 (62%) estiment que le coaching pour pr\u00e9venir le burnout devrait \u00eatre obligatoire.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Le burnout : un probl\u00e8me largement r\u00e9pandu<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le burnout est un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne bien connu dans le monde des entreprises depuis un certain temps, mais l&rsquo;urgence de la question ne fait que cro\u00eetre.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est ce que confirment les r\u00e9sultats d&rsquo;une nouvelle enqu\u00eate de l&rsquo;ICF, qui montre que pr\u00e8s de 3 cadres sur 10 qui croient au burnout (29%) en ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 souffert eux-m\u00eames Selon les personnes interrog\u00e9es, les principales causes du burn-out sont la pression constante pour obtenir des r\u00e9sultats (42%), une charge de travail \u00e9crasante (41%) et l&rsquo;effacement des fronti\u00e8res entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e (35%). En outre, 69% des managers consid\u00e8rent que le burn-out est un probl\u00e8me qui r\u00e9sulte d&rsquo;une combinaison de facteurs personnels et professionnels. La mission de l&rsquo;ICF est de rendre le coaching plus accessible et de sensibiliser le public au r\u00f4le du coaching dans la pr\u00e9vention du burnout plut\u00f4t que dans la lutte contre ses effets<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Le burnout est en hausse en Belgique et dans le monde\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Isabelle Maes, Virtual Community Manager pour les coachs professionnels de l&rsquo;ICF. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les donn\u00e9es de notre derni\u00e8re \u00e9tude prouvent que le burnout est un d\u00e9fi important que les managers et les dirigeants cherchent \u00e0 surmonter, le plus souvent caus\u00e9 par une pression constante pour obtenir des r\u00e9sultats, une charge de travail \u00e9crasante et un manque d&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e. Le coaching est un moyen av\u00e9r\u00e9 de pr\u00e9venir le burnout avant qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;interrompe la qualit\u00e9 et la productivit\u00e9 du travail.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Impact du burnout sur les entreprises<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le burnout a non seulement des cons\u00e9quences pour les employ\u00e9s, mais constitue \u00e9galement un risque op\u00e9rationnel pour l&rsquo;entreprise. Le plus grand danger, selon 53% des managers, est une perte de productivit\u00e9 et de ressources. En outre, 43% consid\u00e8rent le burnout comme un d\u00e9fi pour le leadership, tandis que 28% le consid\u00e8rent \u00e9galement comme un potentiel risque r\u00e9putationnel. Cela confirme l&rsquo;importance des strat\u00e9gies pr\u00e9ventives au sein des organisations pour prot\u00e9ger \u00e0 la fois les employ\u00e9s et la continuit\u00e9 des activit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Besoin de coaching et d&rsquo;une approche pr\u00e9ventive<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 la reconnaissance g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e du probl\u00e8me, l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate de l&rsquo;ICF montre que 7 managers sur 10 qui croient au burnout (71%) n&rsquo;ont pas encore engag\u00e9 de coaching sp\u00e9cifique pour pr\u00e9venir ou traiter ses impacts. Parall\u00e8lement, l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate de l&rsquo;ICF r\u00e9v\u00e8le une volont\u00e9 claire de changement : la moiti\u00e9 des personnes interrog\u00e9es se disent int\u00e9ress\u00e9es par le coaching pour pr\u00e9venir le burnout. 62% des managers qui reconnaissent le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne du burnout pensent que le coaching devrait \u00eatre obligatoire.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les effets d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement du burnout, en particulier parmi les dirigeants d&rsquo;entreprise, peuvent \u00eatre consid\u00e9rables\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> explique Florent Schaeffer, Regional Manager pour l&rsquo;Europe et l&rsquo;Afrique chez ICF. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Lorsque le burnout n&rsquo;est pas trait\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re proactive, il peut rapidement nuire \u00e0 l&rsquo;engagement, au bien-\u00eatre et \u00e0 la r\u00e9tention des dirigeants et des employ\u00e9s. Malheureusement, seuls 18% des managers interrog\u00e9s d\u00e9clarent disposer d&rsquo;outils de pr\u00e9vention pour faire face aux risques potentiels.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Les managers de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration X et les plus jeunes sont mieux form\u00e9s \u00e0 la pr\u00e9vention du burnout<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les managers de moins de 55 ans sont plus susceptibles de citer une charge de travail \u00e9crasante comme l&rsquo;une des principales causes du burnout. Parall\u00e8lement, ils ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 davantage eu recours au coaching pour pr\u00e9venir le burnout.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous nous r\u00e9jouissons de l&rsquo;\u00e9volution du coaching et de l&rsquo;avenir prometteur qui s&rsquo;annonce.
