Pourtant, depuis le 1er avril 2023, le droit \u00e0 la d\u00e9connexion est une obligation l\u00e9gale pour les entreprises de plus de vingt collaborateurs. \u00c0 l\u2019approche de plusieurs longs week-ends et des vacances d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, le moment est tout indiqu\u00e9 pour se pencher \u00e0 nouveau sur l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre travail et vie priv\u00e9e.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Selon une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e pour le compte de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Protime, plus de la moiti\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s francophones (52%) continuent de recevoir des messages en lien avec le travail en dehors des heures de bureau, alors qu\u2019ils sont 81% \u00e0 estimer que le droit \u00e0 la d\u00e9connexion est important. Les collaborateurs restent principalement joignables par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone (59%), via messages (51%) et par e-mail (44%), m\u00eame quand rien ne les y oblige.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Le probl\u00e8me vient du fait que les gens se sentent souvent oblig\u00e9s de rester joignables\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> explique Jo\u00ebl Poilvache, Regional Managing Director chez le sp\u00e9cialiste du recrutement Robert Half. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Cette disponibilit\u00e9 permanente est encore trop souvent consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme normale, alors qu\u2019elle est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment une source de stress et d\u2019\u00e9puisement. Tr\u00e8s peu d\u2019entreprises ont mis en place une politique concr\u00e8te en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9connexion. C\u2019est pourtant une excellente occasion de se d\u00e9marquer et de se positionner en tant qu\u2019employeur attractif.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dans la pratique, Robert Half constate qu\u2019un nombre grandissant de candidats se renseignent sur la politique de bien-\u00eatre de leur employeur potentiel lors des entretiens d\u2019embauche. Ils posent des questions sur les lignes directrices relatives au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, \u00e0 la planification des cong\u00e9s, \u00e0 la flexibilit\u00e9 des horaires, mais aussi \u00e0 la d\u00e9connexion. Des engagements mutuels clairs quant \u00e0 la disponibilit\u00e9, en particulier pendant les p\u00e9riodes de cong\u00e9, p\u00e8sent de plus en plus lourd dans la balance quand il s\u2019agit d\u2019envisager d\u2019accepter un nouvel emploi.<\/p>\n<p>Les employeurs qui vont dans ce sens marquent des points. Inutile d\u2019\u00e9laborer un parcours RH complexe\u2009; il s\u2019agit plut\u00f4t de se mettre clairement d\u2019accord et de montrer le bon exemple.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les cadres jouent un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard, car ils d\u00e9terminent souvent implicitement ce qui est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme \u201cnormal\u201d, par exemple un bref message ou un e-mail le dimanche soir. La fronti\u00e8re entre les sph\u00e8res professionnelles et priv\u00e9es s\u2019est consid\u00e9rablement estomp\u00e9e. Une entreprise d\u00e9pourvue de r\u00e8gles laisse la d\u00e9finition de cette norme \u00e0 l\u2019improvisation. Les exceptions sont toujours possibles, \u00e9videmment, mais elles doivent rester limit\u00e9es. Si vous respectez le droit \u00e0 la d\u00e9connexion, vous contribuez \u00e0 instaurer une culture de travail saine et vous \u00e9vitez de voir revenir le stress et le burn-out comme un boomerang apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9.
