Basique. Et nos entreprises ont besoin d\u2019inspiration, d\u2019envie, de joie de vivre et de travailler. Essentiel.<br \/>\nLa question (rh\u00e9torique) de cette semaine s\u2019impose tout naturellement: pourquoi ne pas appr\u00e9hender chaque cas et chaque situation avec une pr\u00e9disposition naturelle \u00e0 l\u2019optimisme?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En tant que gestionnaire des RH d\u2019une organisation, nous passons un temps \u00e0 certain \u00e0 essayer de comprendre pour quelles bonnes raisons une \u00e9quipe de management, un travailleur, l\u2019ensemble du collectif vont-ils nous suivre? Tous nos argumentaires ne sont pas construits sur des v\u00e9rit\u00e9s objectives &#8211; et de toute fa\u00e7on, la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 est devenue une notion tellement relative ! -, et c\u2019est pour cela que tout le monde a un avis sur tout. L\u2019expertise ne suffit plus. Les r\u00e9sultats pass\u00e9s pas davantage. Alors, comment fonctionne cet ingr\u00e9dient magique qui permet d\u2019aller plus loin, plus haut, plus fort?<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Fournisseur d\u2019\u00e9nergie et de clart\u00e9<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Lorsque les collaborateurs sont pr\u00e9sents, nous mobilisons les ressources et cherchons les moyens de mettre chaque individu ainsi que le collectif en action. Aussi dingue que cela puisse sembler, c\u2019est bien la mission cl\u00e9 qui occupe nos pens\u00e9es. Ce fut sans doute jadis inh\u00e9rent au contrat de travail : venir au boulot et donner le meilleur de soi. Cela ne va plus de soi.<br \/>\nNous devons donner du carburant \u00e0 nos \u00e9quipes, sous forme de plaisir \u00e0 \u00eatre et travailler ensemble d\u2019une part, et de coh\u00e9rence dans l\u2019exp\u00e9rience propos\u00e9e par l\u2019entreprise d\u2019autre part.<br \/>\nLe r\u00f4le du management? Devenir un fournisseur d\u2019\u00e9nergie et de clart\u00e9. Pouvoir r\u00e9pondre aux attentes et expliquer l\u2019avenir, sans pour autant avoir la pr\u00e9tention messianique de montrer la lumi\u00e8re (quoique\u2026 cela peut s\u2019entendre lorsque certains ont la sensation de ne plus apercevoir le bout du tunnel\u2026). Un quelconque risque inh\u00e9rent \u00e0 la d\u00e9marche? Sombrer dans une bienveillance sirupeuse, si souvent proche d\u2019une forme de sup\u00e9riorit\u00e9 qui nous d\u00e9pla\u00eet.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>D\u00e9dramatiser parfois et pr\u00e9server nos capacit\u00e9s de rebond.<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>S\u2019il s\u2019agissait uniquement de rester en mode \u2018contamination positive\u2019 pendant quelques heures de travail jour apr\u00e8s jour, ce serait un peu trop facile. Ce devoir d\u2019optimisme s\u2019applique aussi, voire surtout, lorsque les temps sont durs. Plus important en effet \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper, notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 rester une force motrice quand manifestement, rien ne va.<br \/>\nDans ces moments o\u00f9 la majorit\u00e9 des troupes se fige et que les autres expriment l\u2019une ou l\u2019autre forme de rejet ou de col\u00e8re, on attend du management qu\u2019il rassure \u00e9videmment. Soyons un peu plus ambitieux : aborder les phases compliqu\u00e9es et les \u00e9checs de mani\u00e8re \u2018joyeuse\u2019 peut sembler d\u00e9cal\u00e9 et\u2026 indispensable puisque la dramatisation ne permet ni d\u2019avancer, ni d\u2019apprendre.<br \/>\nDans nos r\u00e9alit\u00e9s quotidiennes, nous sommes confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des travailleurs plong\u00e9s dans des configurations humaines malheureuses ou pitoyables. N\u2019est-ce pas la moindre des politesses que de les approcher avec la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019en sortir?<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Une culture d\u2019entreprise, tellement simple \u00e0 entretenir.<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Nous nous posons souvent la question : quelles sont les fondations d\u2019une culture d\u2019entreprise? Les valeurs? La vision? L\u2019historique? Les rites autour desquels s\u2019organisent la vie quotidienne? Un peu de tout cela, certainement, mais ce sont surtout les comportements inspirants qui vont d\u00e9terminer l\u2019identit\u00e9 immat\u00e9rielle d\u2019une bo\u00eete.<\/p>\n<p>La complexit\u00e9 des temps que nous traversons exige que nous revenions \u00e0 des choses \u00e9videntes, telles que la simplicit\u00e9 d\u2019un sourire entre autres. C\u2019est tant\u00f4t un signe d\u2019\u00e9coute attentive, tant\u00f4t l\u2019expression d\u2019une affection sinc\u00e8re\u2026 Dans tous les cas, cela reste un cadeau que l\u2019on aime recevoir et sur lequel se construisent les relations durables.
