Ils garantissent \u00e9galement des r\u00e9sultats \u00e0 court terme, sans n\u00e9cessiter un long processus de recrutement. Qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse de combler un probl\u00e8me de capacit\u00e9, de guider une restructuration ou de diriger un projet urgent, les managers de transition offrent un impact imm\u00e9diat et renforcent les \u00e9quipes exactement au moment o\u00f9 elles en ont besoin.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Des missions plus longues en Belgique<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La dur\u00e9e moyenne des missions d\u2019interim management en Europe se situe entre 6 et 12 mois.
