Et pourtant, le nombre de personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es qui souhaitent d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment rester actives \u2014 en effectuant des missions flexibles, \u00e0 leur propre rythme \u2014 ne cesse d\u2019augmenter. Les missions en int\u00e9rim rencontrent un succ\u00e8s croissant aupr\u00e8s des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es de plus de 65 ans. Selon le sp\u00e9cialiste du recrutement Robert Half, il s\u2019agirait d\u2019ailleurs d\u2019une pierre angulaire pour un march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi plus inclusif.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Dans l\u2019accord de coalition, le gouvernement belge pr\u00f4ne un allongement de la dur\u00e9e de vie au travail. Cependant, dans la pratique, il appara\u00eet qu\u2019\u00e0 peine 13,3% des Belges \u00e2g\u00e9s de 50 \u00e0 74 ans restent actifs sur le march\u00e9 du travail apr\u00e8s leur d\u00e9part \u00e0 la retraite. Selon les chiffres r\u00e9cents d\u00e9voil\u00e9s par Eurostat, la Belgique se situe m\u00eame \u00e0 la toute fin du classement europ\u00e9en. En effet, 18,1% des seniors fran\u00e7ais continuent \u00e0 travailler, contre 28,1% des seniors allemands. Les Pays-Bas se classent encore plus haut avec 34,1%, tandis que la Su\u00e8de et l\u2019Islande font figure d\u2019exceptions avec respectivement 56,6% et 65,2%.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Bouleversement<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>N\u00e9anmoins, Robert Half pr\u00e9voit ici un bouleversement sur le march\u00e9 du travail. Marie-Claire Olyslager, Senior Director chez Robert Half, explique : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Un grand nombre de personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es de plus de 65 ans aimerait continuer \u00e0 apporter leur contribution, \u00e0 condition de pouvoir le faire \u00e0 leur propre rythme. Les missions temporaires par le biais de l\u2019int\u00e9rim leur offrent un moyen accessible de rester impliqu\u00e9es, sans tomber dans le \u201ctout ou rien\u201d.<\/em>\u2009\u00a0\u00bbSelon madame Olyslager, nous prenons de plus en plus conscience que le travail apr\u00e8s la retraite n\u2019est pas uniquement une question de besoins financiers, mais \u00e9galement un moyen de donner du sens et de la motivation \u00e0 sa vie. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Un nombre grandissant de seniors postulent spontan\u00e9ment \u00e0 des missions int\u00e9rimaires\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, ajoute-t-elle.<\/p>\n<p>Les chiffres publi\u00e9s par Statbel confirment la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 des raisons pour lesquelles les Belges continuent \u00e0 travailler apr\u00e8s la retraite. Pour 44% d\u2019entre eux, la principale motivation est simplement le fait de vouloir rester actif. Pour 15,7% des personnes interrog\u00e9es, l\u2019aspect financier joue un r\u00f4le, alors que les autres appr\u00e9cient principalement les contacts sociaux, un rythme fixe ou la flexibilit\u00e9 que leur offre le travail.<\/p>\n<p>Un exemple parlant est celui d\u2019Ivo Tombeur (71 ans), qui reste actif comme comptable en int\u00e9rim: <em>\u00ab\u00a0J\u2019aurais pu prendre ma retraite \u00e0 62 ans, mais je n\u2019ai pas voulu. J\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 par travailler \u00e0 temps plein, puis \u00e0 mi-temps. D\u00e9sormais, je choisis moi-m\u00eame mes missions. Cela me procure un point d\u2019ancrage, de la satisfaction et des contacts sociaux. Mon travail est devenu une sorte de hobby, un plaisir que je pratique sans stress. Et si je veux arr\u00eater, je peux le faire.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Combler des besoins temporaires<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pour les entreprises, cela repr\u00e9sente une opportunit\u00e9 unique : les travailleurs plus \u00e2g\u00e9s combinent l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de la vie et une vision plus pragmatique du travail. En p\u00e9riode de p\u00e9nurie de personnel, ce sont pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ces qualit\u00e9s qui les rendent si pr\u00e9cieux. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Davantage d\u2019employeurs d\u00e9couvrent aujourd\u2019hui les avantages des \u00e9quipes interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelles\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, affirme Marie-Claire Olyslager. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Ils se rendent compte que les employ\u00e9s plus \u00e2g\u00e9s peuvent parfaitement combler des besoins temporaires par le biais de missions int\u00e9rimaires, tout en soulageant leurs \u00e9quipes. Ils contribuent \u00e9galement \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un march\u00e9 du travail plus inclusif, o\u00f9 les seniors se sentent vus, valoris\u00e9s et mis au d\u00e9fi. Pas de pression, mais plut\u00f4t des opportunit\u00e9s.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Robert Half souligne l\u2019importance de la libert\u00e9 de choix de chacun. Madame Olyslager d\u00e9clare : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Nous cherchons avant tout \u00e0 \u00e9viter tout sentiment de culpabilit\u00e9 envers les personnes qui prennent leur retraite et en profitent \u2014 il s\u2019agit d\u2019un droit absolu et l\u00e9gitime. Mais en parall\u00e8le, nous voulons donner \u00e0 ceux qui veulent continuer \u00e0 travailler la possibilit\u00e9 de le faire d\u2019une mani\u00e8re saine et agr\u00e9able. Les missions d\u2019int\u00e9rim peuvent constituer une solution au probl\u00e8me : elles sont temporaires, flexibles et adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 votre tranche d\u2019\u00e2ge. Dans une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui ne cesse de vieillir, il est essentiel que les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es continuent \u00e0 se sentir \u00e0 leur place sur le march\u00e9 du travail.
