{"id":17825,"date":"2025-06-04T09:42:42","date_gmt":"2025-06-04T07:42:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peoplesphere.be\/fr\/?p=17825"},"modified":"2025-06-04T09:42:42","modified_gmt":"2025-06-04T07:42:42","slug":"discussions-improductives-entre-partenaires-sociaux-au-sein-du-g10-la-reaction-syndicale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/peoplesphere.be\/fr\/discussions-improductives-entre-partenaires-sociaux-au-sein-du-g10-la-reaction-syndicale\/","title":{"rendered":"Discussions improductives entre partenaires sociaux au sein du G10, la r\u00e9action syndicale."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les employeurs rejettent toutes les avanc\u00e9es sur l\u2019augmentation du pouvoir d\u2019achat.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> Voici comment les trois organisations syndicales r\u00e9sument le r\u00e9cent tour de concertation intervenu au sein du Groupe des 10 qui s&rsquo;est r\u00e9uni ce mardi 3 juin.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En front commun, la CSC, la CGSLB et la FGTB r\u00e9agissent : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Malgr\u00e9 les perspectives rassurantes en mati\u00e8re d\u2019inflation et les g\u00e9n\u00e9reuses r\u00e9ductions de cotisations patronales octroy\u00e9es par le gouvernement, les f\u00e9d\u00e9rations patronales s\u2019agrippent \u00e0 une loi obsol\u00e8te qui bloque les salaires pour les deux ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir au minimum.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>En outre, les employeurs rejettent jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent toutes les propositions d\u2019augmentation des salaires, sous quelque forme que ce soit.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>L\u2019accord de gouvernement pr\u00e9voit \u2013 \u00e0 juste titre \u2013 une revalorisation de l\u2019intervention maximale autoris\u00e9e pour les ch\u00e8ques-repas, \u00e0 raison de deux hausses de deux euros chacune. Alors que cette op\u00e9ration doit \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e dans les meilleurs d\u00e9lais, comme stipul\u00e9 dans l\u2019accord de gouvernement, aucune initiative n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise \u00e0 ce jour, les employeurs voulant la reporter\u2026 sans date pr\u00e9cise. Nous attendons donc du gouvernement qu\u2019il concr\u00e9tise cette mesure d\u00e8s 2025.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Une prime n\u00e9goci\u00e9e au niveau sectoriel repr\u00e9senterait un compromis minimal, une bulle d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne pour celles et ceux qui travaillent, de m\u00eame que pour les m\u00e9nages en difficult\u00e9.
