Malgr\u00e9 ces contraintes, les salari\u00e9s continuent de privil\u00e9gier les avantages du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, notamment les \u00e9conomies de temps et d\u2019argent ainsi qu\u2019un meilleur \u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie personnelle.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Une hausse des obligations de retour au bureau est \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les salari\u00e9s s\u2019attendent \u00e0 une tendance renforc\u00e9e de retour en pr\u00e9sentiel au bureau :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>60% estiment que plus d\u2019entreprises exigeront une pr\u00e9sence totale au bureau.<\/li>\n<li>31% anticipent une diminution des exigences de pr\u00e9sentiel.<\/li>\n<li>9% ne pr\u00e9voient aucun changement majeur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><em>Un retour au bureau d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien engag\u00e9<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>91% des sond\u00e9s affirment conna\u00eetre au moins une personne rappel\u00e9e au bureau depuis 2023 : 73% en connaissent une, 18% plusieurs. Seuls 9% ne connaissent personne qui soit concern\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019enqu\u00eate met en avant les raisons pour lesquelles les employ\u00e9s privil\u00e9gient encore le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail ou les mod\u00e8les hybrides :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>49% appr\u00e9cient le gain de temps li\u00e9 \u00e0 la suppression des trajets.<\/li>\n<li>42% soulignent les \u00e9conomies r\u00e9alis\u00e9es (transports, repas).<\/li>\n<li>40% \u00e9voquent une flexibilit\u00e9 et une productivit\u00e9 accrue.<\/li>\n<li>32% notent un meilleur \u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie personnelle.<\/li>\n<li>20% appr\u00e9cient de ne plus avoir \u00e0 se pr\u00e9parer chaque jour pour aller au bureau.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Additionnellement, les tendances observ\u00e9es dans les CV confirment l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat croissant pour les postes en t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. Dans la base de donn\u00e9es de LiveCareer, la mention \u00ab t\u00e9l\u00e9travail \u00bb est pass\u00e9e de 4% en 2018 \u00e0 11% en 2025, soit pr\u00e8s du triple en sept ans.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Des augmentations de salaire peuvent-elles convaincre les salari\u00e9s de revenir au bureau ?<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 l\u2019attrait du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, certains salari\u00e9s envisagent un retour en pr\u00e9sentiel sous certaines conditions :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>37% des salari\u00e9s seraient pr\u00eats \u00e0 revenir au bureau en \u00e9change d\u2019une augmentation de salaire de 15 % ou plus.<\/li>\n<li>35% accepteraient une semaine de quatre jours \u00e0 la place du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail.<\/li>\n<li>10% renonceraient au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail contre des cong\u00e9s illimit\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats montrent que le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail reste une priorit\u00e9 forte : la majorit\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s ne serait pas convaincue par des incitations financi\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Le monde professionnel est en pleine transition\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, d\u00e9clare Jasmine Escalera, experte en carri\u00e8re chez LiveCareer. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Bien que de nombreux salari\u00e9s anticipent le retour progressif des obligations de pr\u00e9sentiel au bureau, leur forte pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour le travail \u00e0 distance traduit une \u00e9volution majeure des attentes professionnelles.
