Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des chefs d&rsquo;entreprise ont vu le taux de rotation du personnel augmenter apr\u00e8s avoir retard\u00e9 les augmentations de salaire des employ\u00e9s, selon une nouvelle \u00e9tude men\u00e9e par le sp\u00e9cialiste mondial des solutions de talents.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><em><strong>Le compromis financier<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Dans un contexte \u00e9conomique changeant, de nombreux employeurs sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des d\u00e9cisions financi\u00e8res difficiles. La ma\u00eetrise des frais g\u00e9n\u00e9raux est devenue une priorit\u00e9 et, dans de nombreux cas, cela implique de retarder ou de r\u00e9duire les r\u00e9visions salariales.<\/p>\n<p>Si cette approche peut permettre de r\u00e9aliser des \u00e9conomies \u00e0 court terme, 36% des personnes interrog\u00e9es ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que le report des augmentations de salaire avait entra\u00een\u00e9 une baisse de l&rsquo;engagement au sein de leurs \u00e9quipes. Au fil du temps, cela peut avoir des effets plus importants sur le moral, la fid\u00e9lisation du personnel et la culture de l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Le prix du report des augmentations de salaire<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les organisations sont soumises \u00e0 une pression intense pour maintenir les co\u00fbts \u00e0 un niveau bas et, pour de nombreuses entreprises, les augmentations de salaire n&rsquo;\u00e9taient tout simplement pas envisageables cette ann\u00e9e. En effet, 53 % des chefs d&rsquo;entreprise ont indiqu\u00e9 que les contraintes budg\u00e9taires et les performances de l&rsquo;entreprise \u00e9taient les principales raisons de retarder ou de limiter les augmentations de salaire\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, d\u00e9clare \u00d6zlem Simsek, directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de Robert Walters. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Notre \u00e9tude montre que ces d\u00e9cisions, bien que compr\u00e9hensibles, ne sont pas sans cons\u00e9quences. Qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse d&rsquo;un taux de rotation plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 ou d&rsquo;une baisse progressive de la motivation, les entreprises commencent \u00e0 en ressentir les r\u00e9percussions.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Un foss\u00e9 entre employeurs et employ\u00e9s<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate montre \u00e9galement que le foss\u00e9 entre les d\u00e9cisions des employeurs, d&rsquo;une part, et les attentes des salari\u00e9s, d&rsquo;autre part, se creuse. Parmi les travailleurs qui n&rsquo;ont pas obtenu d&rsquo;augmentation de salaire cette ann\u00e9e, 57 % ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00eatre \u00e0 la recherche active d&rsquo;un nouvel emploi. M\u00eame parmi ceux qui ont re\u00e7u une augmentation de salaire, 65 % ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&rsquo;elle \u00e9tait inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils attendaient.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Le message est clair : m\u00eame si les employ\u00e9s comprennent la situation de l&rsquo;entreprise, les attentes non satisfaites les incitent \u00e0 reconsid\u00e9rer leurs options. Et avec les outils d&rsquo;IA qui rationalisent le processus de candidature, les employ\u00e9s ont plus d&rsquo;options que jamais pour explorer de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, ajoute \u00d6zlem.<em> \u00ab\u00a0C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que l&rsquo;analyse comparative des salaires et la connaissance du march\u00e9 prennent toute leur importance. Les employ\u00e9s qui n&rsquo;ont pas re\u00e7u d&rsquo;augmentation de salaire peuvent pr\u00e9voir d&rsquo;en discuter lors de leur entretien semestriel, et les employeurs auront besoin de donn\u00e9es de march\u00e9 pour communiquer de mani\u00e8re cr\u00e9dible, faire preuve d&rsquo;\u00e9quit\u00e9 et g\u00e9rer les attentes.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Autres strat\u00e9gies de r\u00e9tention<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 du salaire, Robert Walters conseille aux employeurs de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir de mani\u00e8re cr\u00e9ative \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils peuvent offrir, notamment un d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re pertinent, des conditions de travail flexibles et des voies de mobilit\u00e9 interne.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous constatons qu&rsquo;un nombre croissant d&#8217;employeurs se demandent comment retenir leurs meilleurs talents lorsque les augmentations de salaire ne sont pas possibles\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, conclut \u00d6zlem. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Lorsque les salaires sont sous pression, la culture et la communication sont plus importantes que jamais.
