Pour autant, on constate que de nombreuses organisations n\u2019ont pas recours au recrutement international. Une nouvelle \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Deel, la plateforme payroll et RH, aupr\u00e8s de 250 professionnels belges des ressources humaines r\u00e9v\u00e8le que 51,2% n\u2019embauchent pas de personnel \u00e9tranger. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 (55,2%) affirment en outre que la complexit\u00e9 du recrutement de collaborateurs \u00e9trangers constitue un frein pour eux.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>La l\u00e9gislation et l\u2019int\u00e9gration restent des obstacles importants<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate montre que les entreprises se heurtent surtout \u00e0 des obstacles culturels et juridiques. Ainsi, 54,4 % craignent que les travailleurs \u00e9trangers aient du mal \u00e0 s\u2019int\u00e9grer dans l\u2019\u00e9quipe et 64 % sont pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s par l\u2019in\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale entre les collaborateurs locaux et internationaux. 42,4 % des r\u00e9pondants indiquent \u00e9galement que les diff\u00e9rences culturelles et linguistiques compliquent la coop\u00e9ration internationale.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9glementation est per\u00e7ue comme confuse et contraignante : 25,6% admettent ne pas avoir une vision claire de la r\u00e9glementation relative \u00e0 la migration de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre. 25,2% d\u00e9clarent que les r\u00e8gles belges en mati\u00e8re d\u2019immigration et la politique en mati\u00e8re de permis de travail les emp\u00eachent de recruter \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger et, pour 33,6%, c\u2019est m\u00eame une raison d\u2019envisager un bureau \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Les talents \u00e9trangers souvent inexploit\u00e9s<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Bien que plus de la moiti\u00e9 (55,6%) des responsables RH craignent qu\u2019il n\u2019y ait pas suffisamment de talents disponibles en Belgique pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins, seulement 12% des entreprises ont une strat\u00e9gie de recrutement active \u00e0 l\u2019international. Deux tiers (68%) voient un potentiel dans une approche o\u00f9 seul le meilleur candidat compte, quelle que soit sa localisation.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019intention est claire\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> affirme Semara van Rooijen, Senior Account Executive chez Deel. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Mais le manque de connaissances, les obstacles pratiques et la pression administrative conduisent les entreprises belges \u00e0 n\u00e9gliger des opportunit\u00e9s.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Actuellement, 36% des organisations emploient moins de 10 % de collaborateurs \u00e9trangers. Seulement 5 % des entreprises recrutent principalement en dehors de la Belgique. Pourtant, plus de la moiti\u00e9 (53,6%) s\u2019attend \u00e0 ce que la croissance future de leur organisation d\u00e9pende de l\u2019attraction et de la r\u00e9tention des talents \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Les m\u00e9tiers en p\u00e9nurie cibl\u00e9s<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019ils recrutent \u00e0 l\u2019international, les employeurs belges recherchent en priorit\u00e9 des profils techniques (29,6%) ainsi que des personnes hautement qualifi\u00e9es (23,6%). La main-d\u2019\u0153uvre peu qualifi\u00e9e n\u2019est une priorit\u00e9 que pour 10,4% des r\u00e9pondants. Toutefois, l&rsquo;approche reste souvent ad hoc et manque de soutien structurel.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Solution : collaborer avec des experts<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les PME sont particuli\u00e8rement confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des obstacles en mati\u00e8re de l\u00e9gislation \u00e9trang\u00e8re, de charges administratives et de permis de travail. La collaboration avec des partenaires sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, comme un Employer of Record (EOR), peut r\u00e9duire cette complexit\u00e9. Ainsi, les organisations d\u00e9pourvues d\u2019entit\u00e9 locale peuvent malgr\u00e9 tout recruter des talents internationaux, tout en se conformant \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des obligations juridiques.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les talents internationaux offrent aux entreprises belges une occasion unique de concr\u00e9tiser leurs objectifs de croissance. En collaborant de mani\u00e8re strat\u00e9gique et en supprimant les obstacles, les organisations peuvent se positionner en tant qu\u2019employeurs modernes et transfrontaliers.
