L\u2019essor de l\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative \u2013 comme ChatGPT \u2013 montre clairement que cette technologie entra\u00eene des bouleversements fondamentaux sur le lieu de travail.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le syndicat lib\u00e9ral met en garde contre une int\u00e9gration irr\u00e9fl\u00e9chie de l\u2019IA et formule des propositions concr\u00e8tes.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019IA ne r\u00e9\u00e9crit pas seulement la mani\u00e8re dont nous travaillons, mais aussi qui d\u00e9cide, qui contr\u00f4le et qui en profite\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, d\u00e9clare Gert Truyens, Pr\u00e9sident national de la CGSLB. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Avec nos propositions, nous voulons nous assurer que l\u2019humain reste au centre, m\u00eame dans cette r\u00e9volution num\u00e9rique.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Analyse et enqu\u00eate repr\u00e9sentative<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude de la CGSLB, sur laquelle reposent les propositions politiques, combine un passage en revue de la litt\u00e9rature internationale avec une vaste enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de milliers de membres et de d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Quelques r\u00e9sultats marquants :<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 % des r\u00e9pondants s\u2019attendent \u00e0 ce que la majorit\u00e9 de leurs t\u00e2ches professionnelles soient automatis\u00e9es ; 55 % suppl\u00e9mentaires s\u2019attendent \u00e0 ce que ce soit le cas pour une partie de leurs t\u00e2ches ;<\/li>\n<li>1 travailleur sur 2 n\u2019a re\u00e7u aucune formation ou a re\u00e7u au maximum deux jours de formation au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e ;<\/li>\n<li>Dans les entreprises o\u00f9 l\u2019IA est introduite, les travailleurs signalent davantage de stress, de surveillance et de pression ;<\/li>\n<li>Moins d\u20191 d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 sur 3 conna\u00eet la CCT n\u00b0 39 sur le changement technologique \u2013 un texte datant de 1983 qui a grand besoin d\u2019une mise \u00e0 jour.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La CGSLB alerte sur l\u2019aggravation des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s et la fracture num\u00e9rique (ou fracture IA), qui touche surtout les personnes peu qualifi\u00e9es, les femmes et les professions administratives.<br \/>\n<em>\u00ab\u00a0Sans corrections ad\u00e9quates, les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019IA risquent d\u2019amplifier les d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres existants au lieu de les corriger\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, affirme le pr\u00e9sident.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Une approche \u00ab 2 x 2 \u00bb pour une transition num\u00e9rique juste et centr\u00e9e sur l\u2019humain<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La CGSLB propose une approche \u00ab\u00a02 x 2\u00a0\u00bb : les pouvoirs publics et les partenaires sociaux assument ensemble leurs responsabilit\u00e9s, en s\u2019appuyant sur deux leviers : un suivi de l\u2019impact de l\u2019IA, et un accompagnement des travailleurs via la formation et le dialogue social.<\/p>\n<p>La CGSLB appelle \u00e9galement \u00e0 accorder suffisamment d\u2019attention aux mesures politiques suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u2019actualisation et l\u2019\u00e9largissement de la CCT n\u00b0 39 ;<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019introduction d\u2019un crit\u00e8re de durabilit\u00e9 pour les infrastructures li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019IA, telles que les centres de donn\u00e9es ;<\/li>\n<li>La promotion d\u2019un usage responsable de l\u2019IA \u00e0 travers des chartes, des formations et davantage de transparence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Sans politique claire, sans accords pr\u00e9cis et sans dialogue structur\u00e9, l\u2019IA risque de devenir un syst\u00e8me qui exclut les personnes au lieu de les renforcer\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> conclut Gert Truyens.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: CGSLB<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cinq ans apr\u00e8s sa premi\u00e8re \u00e9tude sur la num\u00e9risation, la CGSLB pr\u00e9sente une nouvelle analyse de l\u2019impact de l\u2019intelligence artificielle (IA) sur l\u2019\u00e9conomie, le march\u00e9 du travail et les conditions de travail.
