Les mois d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 correspondent avec l\u2019entr\u00e9e d\u2019une nouvelle \u2018cuv\u00e9e\u2019 sur le march\u00e9 du travail et aussi avec un changement de vie pour celles et ceux qui ont besoin de nouveaux horizons. Le temps des opportunit\u00e9s de recrutement donc! Quels sont les employeurs qui vont r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 se d\u00e9marquer et \u00e0 attirer les talents en qu\u00eate d\u2019inspiration?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Certes, les activit\u00e9s de recrutement et de s\u00e9lection ne rec\u00e8lent pas une v\u00e9rit\u00e9 d\u00e9finitive qui s\u2019applique dans toures les situations. Il reste n\u00e9anmoins quelques principes qu\u2019il est bon de se rappeler si nous ne voulons pas faire partie des entreprises qui se plaignent des p\u00e9nuries de main d\u2019\u0153uvre et qui peinent \u00e0 grandir faute de pouvoir attirer des top talents. Lesquels ?<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Avant tout, un storytelling hyper sinc\u00e8re<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la vitesse de la transformation num\u00e9rique, le recrutement s\u2019assimile de plus en plus \u00e0 un exercice de communication alors qu\u2019il s\u2019agissait auparavant d\u2019analyser des profils et des comp\u00e9tences. Bien s\u00fbr, nous continuons \u00e0 chercher des candidats qui peuvent r\u00e9pondre aux attentes\u2026 Mais les comp\u00e9tences peuvent s\u2019acqu\u00e9rir et la qualification des profils psychologiques peut \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9e.<br \/>\nLe c\u0153ur du m\u00e9tier de recruteur consiste \u00e0 entrer en conversation avec la cible en affichant une profonde sinc\u00e9rit\u00e9. Cela s\u2019appelle le storytelling (un vrai challenge pour les agents externes qui doivent porter l\u2019\u00e9tendard de leurs clients !).<\/p>\n<p>Objectif n\u00b01: cr\u00e9er la relation, sans garantie de succ\u00e8s bien entendu, afin d\u2019entrer dans un processus o\u00f9 les deux parties \u2013 employeur et candidat \u2013 occupent alternativement les positions d\u2019acheteur et de vendeur. Objectif n\u00b02 : \u00e9valuer les conditions d\u2019un deal possible, en d\u00e9veloppant toutes les options qui permettent d\u2019envisager un avenir commun enthousiasmant. Objectif n\u00b03 : conclure un accord et si on n\u2019y arrive pas, rester bons amis puisqu\u2019on ne sait jamais ce que l\u2019avenir nous r\u00e9serve.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Les premiers jours du reste de ta vie<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ok, cela sonne un peu \u2018grandiloquent\u2019\u2026 Ceci \u00e9tant, il faut avoir des ambitions fortes. Et nous ne croyons toujours pas \u00e0 l\u2019hypoth\u00e8se d\u2019une inversion du rapport de force dans la relation entre le candidat et l\u2019employeur. Nous ne sommes pas dans un rapport de force. Nous sommes dans la construction d\u2019un accord \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 et la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience commune qui devrait \u00eatre unique. Et cela repose sur quoi? Beaucoup de respect et un peu de patience.<\/p>\n<p>Il faudra cultiver le respect de l\u2019un.e pour l\u2019autre, le respect des engagements mutuels, le respect du collectif et de son histoire\u2026 tout en restant capable de faire preuve d\u2019une certaine \u2018tol\u00e9rance\u2019 car les situations parfaites n\u2019existent pas. Patience donc\u2026<br \/>\nPr\u00e9server le d\u00e9sir mutuel est \u00e0 coup s\u00fbr la priorit\u00e9 absolue. Il nous semble opportun \u2018d\u2019annoncer\u2019 qu\u2019il y aura des p\u00e9pins, des petits soucis\u2026 qui ne seront certainement pas insurmontables \u00e0 la simple condition que le respect reste intangible.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Fluide et efficace, c\u2019est ce qu\u2019on attend d\u2019un service client de premi\u00e8re classe<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Consciemment, le vocabulaire que nous mobilisons aujourd\u2019hui pour mod\u00e9liser l\u2019acquisition des talents nous montre que nous sommes plus proches que nous ne l\u2019avons jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 des applis de rencontre. Et de ses d\u00e9rives ? Consommation rapide, absence de r\u00e9el engagement, tromperie et manipulation,\u2026 Tous ces risques sont bien r\u00e9els. Et un processus de recrutement peut d\u00e9raper sur un mot, ou un geste tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement d\u00e9plac\u00e9 qui instille le doute voire le rejet.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque candidat.e estime \u00eatre en droit de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un feedback rapide, clair et positif (m\u00eame si le chemin s\u2019arr\u00eate l\u00e0). Le niveau d\u2019attente est important et c\u2019est tr\u00e8s bien comme cela. Il y a un effet vertueux sur le march\u00e9 car, dans la pratique, seuls les employeurs qui se noient dans des process de recrutement qui ressemblent \u00e0 des parcours du combattant se plaignent de ne pas trouver les profils qu\u2019ils recherchent.
