Celles qui ne prennent pas le train en marche aujourd\u2019hui risquent de se faire irr\u00e9m\u00e9diablement distancer d\u2019ici dix ans\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> d\u00e9clare Mathieu Bouten, Managing Director Executive Search chez Robert Half Belgique.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019heure actuelle, et comme dans de nombreux autres domaines, les nouvelles technologies font leur entr\u00e9e dans les salles de r\u00e9union des conseils d\u2019administration. Elles transforment \u00e0 la fois le contenu des fonctions dirigeantes et les comp\u00e9tences requises. Les membres de la C-suite qui refusent d\u2019int\u00e9grer des outils comme l\u2019IA, la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 ou l\u2019automatisation dans leur strat\u00e9gie risquent une obsolescence sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent au cours de la prochaine d\u00e9cennie. C\u2019est l\u2019un des constats cl\u00e9s du rapport <em>\u00ab\u00a0Towards the C-suite 2035\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, une \u00e9tude europ\u00e9enne men\u00e9e par Robert Half aupr\u00e8s de dirigeants de haut niveau.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019image traditionnelle du CEO visionnaire laisse peu \u00e0 peu la place \u00e0 un leader agile technologiquement, capable d\u2019arbitrer entre innovation, gestion des risques et gouvernance. La litt\u00e9ratie num\u00e9rique devient tout aussi essentielle que les comp\u00e9tences interpersonnelles\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, poursuit Mathieu Bouten. <em>\u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est justement ici que le b\u00e2t blesse : alors que de nombreux d\u00e9partements exploitent d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u2019IA, il existe encore un d\u00e9ficit de connaissances num\u00e9riques au sommet de nombreuses entreprises. L\u2019attrait pour la technologie est bien pr\u00e9sent, mais la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019action num\u00e9rique au sein des directions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales reste insuffisante. Or, les d\u00e9cisions strat\u00e9giques doivent s\u2019ancrer dans le paysage technologique actuel.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> explique Mathieu Bouten, Managing Director Executive Search chez Robert Half Belgique.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Une strat\u00e9gie pilot\u00e9e par les donn\u00e9es<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En outre, le rapport souligne que les entreprises qui n\u00e9gligent la technologie perdront rapidement leur avantage concurrentiel face \u00e0 celles qui l\u2019adoptent pleinement. Ainsi, 84% des dirigeants interrog\u00e9s identifient l\u2019IA comme la comp\u00e9tence la plus critique pour les leaders de demain. Plus de 70% anticipent d\u2019ailleurs une prise de d\u00e9cision \u00e0 l\u2019avenir fond\u00e9e sur les donn\u00e9es et l\u2019intelligence artificielle. Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux insiste n\u00e9anmoins sur le maintien de valeurs humaines dans les processus d\u00e9cisionnels.<\/p>\n<p>Plus \u00e9tonnant encore, 10% des dirigeants estiment que l\u2019IA sera \u00e0 terme au centre de toutes les d\u00e9cisions. Cette \u00e9volution ne doit cependant pas \u00eatre per\u00e7ue comme une menace.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019IA ne remplace pas le leadership, elle l\u2019amplifie\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> affirme Mathieu Bouten. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Une large majorit\u00e9 des r\u00e9pondants consid\u00e8rent l\u2019IA comme un partenaire intelligent, capable non seulement d\u2019enrichir la prise de d\u00e9cision, mais aussi de la rendre nettement plus efficace. Cela permet aux entreprises de r\u00e9agir plus rapidement aux signaux du march\u00e9. En parall\u00e8le, l\u2019IA affine les analyses et lib\u00e8re du temps pour se concentrer sur les v\u00e9ritables priorit\u00e9s : la vision strat\u00e9gique, l\u2019engagement des parties prenantes, la gestion de crise et l\u2019\u00e9volution des talents.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Apprendre, exp\u00e9rimenter et savoir assumer en cas d\u2019\u00e9chec<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 un enthousiasme manifeste pour l\u2019innovation, bon nombre d\u2019entreprises manquent encore de comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelon ex\u00e9cutif. Pour combler ce foss\u00e9, elles doivent investir dans de nouvelles aptitudes et strat\u00e9gies.<\/p>\n<p>Les formations sur les innovations technologiques prennent ainsi de l\u2019ampleur. 60% des dirigeants d\u00e9clarent investir dans des programmes de formation \u00e0 l\u2019IA. Quelque 44% envisagent m\u00eame une approche plus large, ax\u00e9e sur la transformation num\u00e9rique et l\u2019analyse des donn\u00e9es. Enfin, 31% souhaitent encourager l\u2019apprentissage continu sous forme de microlearning pour les leaders de demain.
