De plus en plus d\u2019entreprises revoient les modalit\u00e9s d\u2019organisation du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail afin de ramener les \u00e9quipes au bureau. Avec quel argument ? <em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous avons perdu la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 qui surgit lorsque les travailleurs sont ensemble, dans une d\u00e9marche collective et dans les moments informels\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>. Ce n\u2019est \u00e0 priori donc pas un probl\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le mais plut\u00f4t une question de coh\u00e9sion et de collaboration\u2026 Un argument valable, bien s\u00fbr, mais certainement insuffisant pour \u00eatre en mesure d\u2019imposer \u00e0 des coll\u00e8gues et \u00e0 leur famille de modifier \u00e0 nouveau un \u00e9quilibre super fragile entre leur vie priv\u00e9e et leur vie professionnelle.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour quelle(s) raison(s) n\u2019arrivons-nous pas \u00e0 stimuler le travail collectif au sein d\u2019un groupe diss\u00e9min\u00e9 \u00e0 travers le territoire ? Et si c\u2019\u00e9tait tout simplement peine perdue de brandir l\u2019argument de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat sup\u00e9rieur de la dynamique d\u2019\u00e9quipe alors que l\u2019\u00e9volution de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dans son ensemble penche vers une priorit\u00e9 absolue envers les besoins individuels et imm\u00e9diats\u2026<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Constat d\u2019\u00e9chec dans notre aptitude \u00e0 g\u00e9rer le mode distanciel ?<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les entreprises qui veulent forcer un retour au bureau ne sont pas arriv\u00e9es \u00e0 g\u00e9rer efficacement des \u00e9quipes \u00e0 distance. Pourtant, animer un groupe \u2013 peu importe sa taille finalement \u2013 sans \u00eatre au contact physique au quotidien n\u2019est franchement pas impossible.<br \/>\nLes ingr\u00e9dients de base sont connus : il y a la confiance en tout premier lieu pour que le principe d\u2019autonomie soit bien v\u00e9cu de part et d\u2019autre. Et dans la foul\u00e9e imm\u00e9diate, il doit y avoir la solidarit\u00e9. Cette deuxi\u00e8me fondation est moins \u00e9vidente \u00e0 obtenir m\u00eame si nous disposons de tous les leviers n\u00e9cessaires.<br \/>\nSur le terrain, lorsque nous regardons la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 quotidienne des travailleurs, ce n\u2019est pas la distance qui emp\u00eache la collaboration. C\u2019est le cloisonnement des t\u00e2ches. Et pourquoi passons-nous notre temps \u00e0 imaginer des proc\u00e9dures et des r\u00f4les et responsabilit\u00e9s qui g\u00e9n\u00e8rent des silos? Pour optimiser nos mod\u00e8les \u00e9conomiques et l\u2019utilisation de nos ressources. Une fois encore, nous g\u00e9n\u00e9rons nos propres n\u00e9vroses\u2026<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Un excellent moyen de faire fuir des talents pr\u00e9cieux\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le retour contraint au bureau, c\u2019est aussi parfois une m\u00e9thode hypocrite pour signifier la fin de la collaboration. C\u2019est ce que nous appelons la strat\u00e9gie Amazon qui a enregistr\u00e9 les d\u00e9missions d\u00e8s l\u2019annonce de l\u2019obligation de revenir en mode pr\u00e9sentiel. Voil\u00e0 comment mener une restructuration \u00e0 fabie co\u00fbt. Au-del\u00e0 du cynisme, il faut regarder la m\u00e9thode avec la perspective qui nous int\u00e9resse au premier chef, celle du People Management.<br \/>\nLe rappel des brebis \u00e9gar\u00e9es va provoquer des d\u00e9parts. Et, mauvaise nouvelle pour les employeurs qui souhaiteraient obstin\u00e9ment poursuivre dans cette voie: ce ne sont pas ceux qui abusent du travail \u00e0 domicile qui les quitteront. Ceux-ci trouveront des strat\u00e9gies de contournement. Ce sont au contraire celles et ceux qui vont \u00eatre contraints d\u2019accepter, bon gr\u00e9 mal gr\u00e9, de revenir dans un environnement de travail o\u00f9 ils seront souvent moins efficaces qu\u2019ils ne l\u2019ont \u00e9t\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent et qui d\u00e9cideront alors d\u2019aller voir ailleurs, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 la flexibilit\u00e9 personnelle sera pr\u00e9serv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Et on les met o\u00f9 ces coll\u00e8gues qui reviennent en masse dans nos jolis bureaux?<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Cette n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 absolue de retrouver de la coh\u00e9sion et de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 collective va enfin se heurter \u00e0 une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s concr\u00e8te\u2026 L\u2019immense majorit\u00e9 de nos entreprises ont en effet r\u00e9duit la superficie (et donc le co\u00fbt) de leurs espaces de travail au cours des ann\u00e9es \u00e9coul\u00e9es. Il est fr\u00e9quent, d\u00e9j\u00e0 aujourd\u2019hui, de devoir accueillir des collaborateurs sans pouvoir leur offrir un poste de travail d\u00e9cent et adapt\u00e9 aux activit\u00e9s qu\u2019ils doivent mener. M\u00eame s\u2019il existe des solutions \u2013 de type \u2018tiers lieux\u2019 &#8211; qui sont apparues sur le march\u00e9, un retour massif en mode pr\u00e9sentiel ne pourra avoir lieu sans r\u00e9investir dans l\u2019environnement de travail. Et nous manquons certainement de ressources pour y aller franchement.<\/p>\n<p>Les conditions ne sont pas r\u00e9unies. Il n\u2019y a ni adh\u00e9sion ni enthousiasme vis-\u00e0-vis d\u2019une limitation de la flexibilit\u00e9 personnelle. Nous aurons bien des situations individuelles \u00e0 prendre en compte\u2026 et des attentes \u00e9normes \u00e0 rencontrer en mati\u00e8re d\u2019empathie et de compr\u00e9hension des priorit\u00e9s personnelles..<\/p>\n<p>Oui, il faut veiller \u00e0 pr\u00e9server les \u00e9quilibres priv\u00e9\/pro que nos collaborateurs ont soigneusement \u00e9labor\u00e9s au cours de ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Nos organisations sont aujourd\u2019hui encore en phase de transition \/ digestion du travail hybride. Faire marche arri\u00e8re d\u00e8s \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent aura un effet destructeur qui confine \u00e0 l\u2019absurde.
