{"id":18003,"date":"2025-07-13T10:39:29","date_gmt":"2025-07-13T08:39:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peoplesphere.be\/fr\/?p=18003"},"modified":"2025-07-13T10:39:29","modified_gmt":"2025-07-13T08:39:29","slug":"modification-du-regime-de-cotisation-des-travailleurs-independants-qui-travaillent-apres-lage-legal-de-pension","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/peoplesphere.be\/fr\/modification-du-regime-de-cotisation-des-travailleurs-independants-qui-travaillent-apres-lage-legal-de-pension\/","title":{"rendered":"Modification du r\u00e9gime de cotisation des travailleurs ind\u00e9pendants qui travaillent apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e2ge l\u00e9gal de pension."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sur proposition de la ministre des Ind\u00e9pendants \u00c9l\u00e9onore Simonet, le Conseil des ministres a approuv\u00e9 un projet d\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 royal modifiant le r\u00e9gime de cotisations sociales des ind\u00e9pendants qui continuent de travailler apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e2ge l\u00e9gal de la pension.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 compter du 1er octobre 2025, les travailleurs ind\u00e9pendants qui atteignent l\u2019\u00e2ge l\u00e9gal de la pension mais ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient pas d\u2019une pension de retraite ou d\u2019une pension de survie ou ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient effectivement que d\u2019une pension de survie, sont redevables des m\u00eames cotisations qu\u2019un travailleur ind\u00e9pendant \u00e0 titre principal et peuvent constituer des droits \u00e0 la pension suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n<p>Ces travailleurs ind\u00e9pendants peuvent toutefois demander \u00e0 continuer \u00e0 cotiser sur la base du r\u00e9gime actuel de cotisations via une proc\u00e9dure \u00ab opt-out \u00bb, et ne constitueront d\u00e8s lors pas de droits \u00e0 la pension suppl\u00e9mentaires apr\u00e8s avoir atteint l\u2019\u00e2ge l\u00e9gal de pension.
