Chez les jeunes adultes (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 35 ans), ce chiffre atteint m\u00eame 31 %. Ces \u00ab\u00a0candidats strat\u00e9giques\u00a0\u00bb utilisent une invitation \u00e0 un entretien comme levier pour obtenir un meilleur salaire ou de meilleures conditions aupr\u00e8s de leur employeur actuel.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est ce qui ressort d\u2019une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e par le Top Employers Institute aupr\u00e8s de plus de 1.000 salari\u00e9s belges employ\u00e9s dans des organisations de plus de 250 \u00e9quivalents temps plein (ETP).<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne s\u2019amplifie chez les jeunes<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La principale motivation derri\u00e8re ce comportement n\u2019est pas l\u2019insatisfaction, mais la volont\u00e9 de renforcer leur pouvoir de n\u00e9gociation vis-\u00e0-vis de leur employeur actuel. Ainsi, 24% des personnes interrog\u00e9es d\u00e9clarent avoir effectivement obtenu une am\u00e9lioration de leurs conditions gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette strat\u00e9gie, un pourcentage qui atteint 30% chez les trentenaires.<\/p>\n<p>Une fracture g\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelle nette se dessine. Alors que les jeunes testent plus facilement le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi ou cherchent \u00e0 renforcer leur position, les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations plus \u00e2g\u00e9es semblent plus fid\u00e8les. Ainsi, 20 % des plus de 55 ans d\u00e9clarent avoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 postul\u00e9 dans le but d\u2019am\u00e9liorer leurs conditions actuelles sans r\u00e9elle volont\u00e9 de partir.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Sens, durabilit\u00e9 et inclusion : de nouveaux crit\u00e8res de choix<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 des conditions de travail, le sens au travail prend une place croissante dans les d\u00e9cisions professionnelles. Plus d\u2019un tiers des travailleurs (36%) jugent les entreprises non engag\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de durabilit\u00e9 moins attractives. Plus d\u2019un sur cinq (22%) estime que la mission soci\u00e9tale d\u2019une entreprise est plus importante qu\u2019un salaire \u00e9lev\u00e9. Par ailleurs, 25% des r\u00e9pondants indiquent que leur entreprise s\u2019investit activement dans ce domaine, notamment en collaborant avec des associations caritatives ou des initiatives sociales.<\/p>\n<p>David Plink, CEO du Top Employers Institute, d\u00e9clare : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Pour les jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, les entretiens d\u2019embauche ne sont plus seulement une voie vers un nouvel emploi, mais aussi un moyen strat\u00e9gique d\u2019influencer leur carri\u00e8re. Les employeurs doivent en tenir compte, en misant non seulement sur la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, mais aussi sur les valeurs.
