Mais bien le leadership qui se montre r\u00e9ticent \u00e0 la transformation&#8230; Sans leadership transformationnel, la stagnation menace le sommet de la pyramide.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Bien que la transformation num\u00e9rique soit \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, le rapport \u00ab\u00a0Towards the C-Suite 2035\u00a0\u00bb de Robert Half r\u00e9v\u00e8le que de nombreuses entreprises ne sont pas du tout pr\u00eates \u00e0 faire face \u00e0 ce qui les attend au cours des dix prochaines ann\u00e9es. Une entreprise sur trois met m\u00eame en doute la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 de ses syst\u00e8mes informatiques. De plus, bon nombre de dirigeants s\u2019inqui\u00e8tent de leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 suivre le rythme de l\u2019innovation.<\/p>\n<p>Ces chiffres traduisent un manque d\u2019agilit\u00e9 de la part de certains cadres dirigeants actuels. Or, la transformation (num\u00e9rique ou autre) n\u2019est plus une ambition abstraite, mais bien une condition n\u00e9cessaire pour rester comp\u00e9titif.<\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises qui investissent dans le leadership transformationnel nomment d\u2019ailleurs le plus souvent un responsable de la transformation ou Chief Transformation Officer (CTRO). Il s\u2019agit de la solution id\u00e9ale pour tous ceux qui ne craignent pas le changement, et qui cherchent \u00e0 le mettre en \u0153uvre rapidement et m\u00e9thodiquement. En effet, en 2035, le leadership ne se limitera plus au contr\u00f4le et \u00e0 la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Investir dans les talents et la technologie<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Un autre moyen de relever ces d\u00e9fis est d\u2019investir davantage dans la technologie. \u00c0 titre d\u2019exemple, pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des chefs d\u2019entreprise interrog\u00e9s d\u00e9clarent vouloir investir plus largement dans le perfectionnement de leur dispositif de cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9. Une \u00e9volution positive et pleinement justifi\u00e9e, car il est strat\u00e9giquement essentiel de prot\u00e9ger les donn\u00e9es et les syst\u00e8mes dans une \u00e9conomie num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019esprit de transformation est \u00e9galement perceptible du point de vue des talents. 39% des grandes entreprises et 36% des PME d\u00e9clarent vouloir investir activement dans les comp\u00e9tences importantes pour le futur. Quatre entreprises sur dix souhaitent \u00e9galement renforcer la capacit\u00e9 de leur leadership au niveau structurel. Mais sans perspective ni d\u00e9termination, cette volont\u00e9 ne reste qu\u2019une d\u00e9claration d\u2019intention.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Une situation durable<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La conclusion pour 2035 est \u00e9vidente : les entreprises qui ne font pas aujourd\u2019hui des choix structurels en mati\u00e8re de leadership, d\u2019agilit\u00e9 et de pr\u00e9paration technologique risquent l\u2019obsolescence demain.<\/p>\n<p>La transformation n\u2019est ni un projet ni un poste temporaire, mais occupe d\u00e9sormais une place permanente dans la direction des entreprises. Les chiffres ne sont pas des pr\u00e9dictions lointaines. Ils constituent une prise de conscience pour toute entreprise qui souhaite encore concourir parmi les meilleurs en 2035.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019avenir exige des dirigeants qu\u2019ils ne se contentent pas de manager, mais aussi qu\u2019ils osent se r\u00e9inventer.
