Le caract\u00e8re r\u00e9p\u00e9titif de leur travail y joue un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9. Pour y rem\u00e9dier, il faut miser sur une combinaison de solutions technologiques et d\u2019approches issues des sciences comportementales. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 40% du temps des jeunes auditeurs est absorb\u00e9 par des t\u00e2ches manuelles. Lors d\u2019un audit financier classique, pas moins de 2.000 emails sont \u00e9chang\u00e9s entre l\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u2019audit et le client. Souvent, il s\u2019agit de suivis de dossier, de pi\u00e8ces manquantes ou de clarifications. R\u00e9sultat : jusqu\u2019\u00e0 35% du temps est perdu en coordination inefficace.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cEn mati\u00e8re de digitalisation, le secteur de l\u2019audit a encore beaucoup de chemin \u00e0 faire\u201d<\/em>, souligne Mathias Celis, docteur en sciences comportementales \u00e0 l\u2019UGent et fondateur d\u2019Alkmist. <em>\u201cPlus de quatre cabinets sur dix (42%) fonctionnent encore avec des emails, des fichiers Excel et des classeurs papier. Pour une structure de 100 personnes, ce manque d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 repr\u00e9sente une perte annuelle d\u2019au moins 1,2 million d\u2019euros. Dans certains cas, cela grimpe jusqu\u2019\u00e0 6 millions.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Fuite des talents<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ce travail manuel et r\u00e9p\u00e9titif p\u00e8se lourd. Pr\u00e8s d\u2019un jeune auditeur sur cinq (18,4%) envisage d\u2019arr\u00eater, et un tiers pr\u00e9sente des signes de burn-out en moins de deux ans. R\u00e9sultat : les cabinets peinent de plus en plus \u00e0 attirer du personnel qualifi\u00e9. Ainsi, 62% des responsables disent avoir des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 recruter de jeunes profils. Et 64% affirment avoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 perdu des talents \u00e0 cause de la charge administrative.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>La temp\u00eate parfaite<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La pression ressentie vient souvent du durcissement des r\u00e8gles et normes. Pas moins de 81% des auditeurs financiers europ\u00e9ens estiment que leur travail s\u2019est alourdi ces cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es \u00e0 cause de nouvelles r\u00e9glementations. Trois sur quatre (74%) ont du mal \u00e0 respecter les d\u00e9lais, et pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 (45%) \u00e9voque des tensions avec leurs clients.<\/p>\n<p>Cette surcharge nuit aussi \u00e0 leur r\u00f4le de conseiller. Seuls 12% des clients estiment que leur auditeur financier leur apporte un regard neuf. Et la rotation du personnel n\u2019arrange rien : 68% des clients doivent chaque ann\u00e9e recommuniquer les m\u00eames informations de base \u00e0 leur cabinet.<\/p>\n<p>Les exigences en mati\u00e8re de conformit\u00e9 n\u2019ont cess\u00e9 d\u2019augmenter. La nouvelle directive europ\u00e9enne sur le reporting durable (CSRD) impose par exemple \u00e0 de plus en plus d\u2019entreprises belges de publier, en plus de leurs r\u00e9sultats financiers, des donn\u00e9es sur leur impact environnemental et social. Pourtant, l\u2019\u00e9tude montre qu\u2019\u00e0 peine un cabinet sur cinq s\u2019est d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9par\u00e9 \u00e0 cette obligation.<\/p>\n<p>La combinaison de nouvelles r\u00e8gles et de p\u00e9nurie de talents pourrait bien cr\u00e9er la temp\u00eate parfaite dans le secteur, estime Celis : <em>\u201cLa technologie peut en partie absorber la charge accrue et le manque de personnel. Mais l\u2019audit reste avant tout une affaire humaine, o\u00f9 la relation prime, tant avec les clients qu\u2019en interne. L\u2019IA ne pourra jamais tout r\u00e9soudre. L\u2019enjeu est d\u2019utiliser des outils intelligents, tout en s\u2019appuyant sur les sciences comportementales, pour remettre l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client et le bien-\u00eatre des \u00e9quipes au c\u0153ur du m\u00e9tier.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: l\u2019enqu\u00eate a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e de septembre 2024 \u00e0 janvier 2025 par l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Gand et Alkmist.
