Cette pratique \u2013 appel\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0mindful mailing\u00a0\u00bb \u2013 illustre comment les employ\u00e9s utilisent leur flexibilit\u00e9 sans augmenter la pression sur leurs coll\u00e8gues. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 de plus en plus de Belges d\u00e9terminent leur propre rythme de travail, la fronti\u00e8re entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e devient plus floue. Le \u00ab\u00a0mindful mailing\u00a0\u00bb illustre cette \u00e9volution : l\u2019id\u00e9e traditionnelle d\u2019une disponibilit\u00e9 constante c\u00e8de la place \u00e0 une d\u00e9connexion consciente \u2013 une mani\u00e8re plus r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie de g\u00e9rer la communication et la pression professionnelle.<\/p>\n<p>Plus de la moiti\u00e9 (54,4%) des travailleurs hybrides belges d\u00e9clarent r\u00e9diger des e-mails en dehors des heures de travail, mais les programmer volontairement pour les envoyer pendant les heures ouvrables. Trois sur dix le font m\u00eame r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n<p>Pourquoi ? Principalement pour ne pas mettre leurs coll\u00e8gues sous pression \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre imm\u00e9diatement. Pour pr\u00e8s de 30 % des r\u00e9pondants, c\u2019est la motivation principale. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Le mod\u00e8le de travail hybride aide les employ\u00e9s \u00e0 trouver le bon \u00e9quilibre entre productivit\u00e9, collaboration et bien-\u00eatre,\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> explique Kevin Van Den Bosch, Country Manager chez IWG BeLux. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Mais cette flexibilit\u00e9 implique aussi un besoin de d\u00e9connexion. Le mindful mailing en est un bel exemple : les gens veulent pouvoir travailler \u00e0 leur moment, sans imposer leurs attentes aux autres.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>La G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z met l\u2019accent sur la s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9 mentale<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le mindful mailing s\u00e9duit particuli\u00e8rement les jeunes travailleurs. Dans la tranche d\u2019\u00e2ge 18-34 ans, pas moins de la moiti\u00e9 d\u00e9clarent retarder volontairement l\u2019envoi de leurs e-mails pour ne pas d\u00e9ranger leurs coll\u00e8gues. \u00ab Cette g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, qui repr\u00e9sente d\u00e9sormais un tiers de la population active, continue de transformer l\u2019environnement de travail avec sa priorit\u00e9 donn\u00e9e \u00e0 la s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9 mentale, l\u2019\u00e9quilibre et le respect mutuel, \u00bb ajoute Van Den Bosch.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>L\u2019image personnelle entre aussi en jeu<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Mais la motivation n\u2019est pas toujours purement empathique : 10 % des r\u00e9pondants d\u00e9clarent diff\u00e9rer l\u2019envoi de leurs e-mails pour ne pas passer pour des \u201cworkaholics\u201d. De plus, 9% affirment programmer l\u2019envoi de leurs messages pour&#8230; ne plus recevoir de r\u00e9ponses hors des heures de bureau.<\/p>\n<p>Ann De Bisschop, experte en bien-\u00eatre, donne un conseil pratique pour \u00e9viter cela : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Ajoutez syst\u00e9matiquement une phrase \u00e0 votre signature d\u2019e-mail qui pr\u00e9cise que vous travaillez de mani\u00e8re flexible, sans attendre de r\u00e9ponse imm\u00e9diate. Un exemple : &lsquo;We work flexibly at XXX.
