Pourtant, un utilisateur sur deux estime ne pas avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 suffisamment pr\u00e9par\u00e9 par son employeur \u00e0 un usage s\u00fbr et efficace de ces technologies. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Cette tension entre une adoption fulgurante et l\u2019absence de cadre interne clair constitue non seulement un risque en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es et de conformit\u00e9, mais aussi un frein potentiel au recrutement de talents et \u00e0 l\u2019innovation\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, alerte Olivier Dufour, Managing Director du cabinet de recrutement Page Personnel Belgium. <em>\u00ab\u00a0On voit que les travailleurs sont pr\u00eats pour l\u2019IA. La vraie question est d\u00e9sormais : les employeurs le sont-ils aussi ?\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Les employeurs peinent \u00e0 suivre le rythme<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019intelligence artificielle est devenue en un temps record un outil courant dans de nombreuses entreprises. Pourtant, de nombreux employ\u00e9s se retrouvent livr\u00e9s \u00e0 eux-m\u00eames face \u00e0 cette r\u00e9volution technologique, r\u00e9v\u00e8le l\u2019enqu\u00eate annuelle de Page Personnel. Les travailleurs explorent activement les possibilit\u00e9s de l\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative, mais le font bien souvent sans directives claires ni accompagnement de la part de leur hi\u00e9rarchie.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, plus d\u2019un utilisateur sur trois choisit librement les outils qu\u2019il utilise, sans encadrement ni supervision interne. Ce manque de soutien se fait sentir : un utilisateur sur deux indique que son organisation ne l\u2019a pas du tout pr\u00e9par\u00e9 \u00e0 une utilisation s\u00e9curis\u00e9e et \u00e9thique de l\u2019IA.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous constatons un r\u00e9el engouement pour l\u2019intelligence artificielle, mais celui-ci s\u2019accompagne trop souvent d\u2019un vide r\u00e9glementaire. C\u2019est probl\u00e9matique : sans structure ni strat\u00e9gie, les entreprises s\u2019exposent \u00e0 des fuites de donn\u00e9es, des sanctions ou encore \u00e0 une atteinte \u00e0 leur r\u00e9putation\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> met en garde Olivier Dufour, Managing Director Page Personnel Belgium.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Une strat\u00e9gie IA r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie comme levier d\u2019attractivit\u00e9 des talents<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 un encadrement encore trop souvent d\u00e9risoire, l\u2019usage de l\u2019intelligence artificielle en entreprise est aujourd\u2019hui largement r\u00e9pandu. Pas moins de 48% des travailleurs belges utilisent actuellement des outils d\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative dans un cadre professionnel. En un an, ce taux d\u2019utilisation a donc fait un saut spectaculaire de 75%.<\/p>\n<p>Les effets de cette adoption rapide sont tangibles : parmi les utilisateurs, 72% constatent un gain de productivit\u00e9, 67% une am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 de leur travail, et 60% disent consacrer davantage de temps \u00e0 des t\u00e2ches \u00e0 forte valeur ajout\u00e9e. Ce sont surtout les jeunes professionnels \u2014 d\u00e9j\u00e0 familiaris\u00e9s avec ces outils durant leurs \u00e9tudes \u2014 qui int\u00e8grent l\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative comme un pilier essentiel de leur quotidien.<em> \u00ab\u00a0L\u2019IA fait d\u00e9sormais partie int\u00e9grante de la mani\u00e8re d\u2019apprendre et de travailler de cette g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. Ce n\u2019est plus une technologie du futur. Et c\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment pour cela que le manque d\u2019encadrement est inqui\u00e9tant.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Selon Page Personnel, un cadre clair autour de l\u2019intelligence artificielle deviendra un atout majeur pour attirer et retenir les talents dans un march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi de plus en plus tendu. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Les professionnels attendent aujourd\u2019hui bien plus qu\u2019un simple acc\u00e8s aux bons outils.
