Les tensions g\u00e9opolitiques et les changements politiques renforcent l\u2019incertitude qui p\u00e8se sur les perspectives des entreprises. Pourtant, ce n\u2019est pas la macro\u00e9conomie qui pr\u00e9occupe le plus les employeurs.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e8s des deux tiers (64%) des entreprises interrog\u00e9es par Robert Half craignent tout simplement de ne pas trouver les bonnes personnes au moment o\u00f9 elles en auront besoin. La fid\u00e9lisation des collaborateurs talentueux reste \u00e9galement un point sensible qui inqui\u00e8te six employeurs sur dix. Autre d\u00e9fi : plus de la moiti\u00e9 (57%) de ces employeurs se sentent limit\u00e9s par des budgets serr\u00e9s et des attentes salariales croissantes, qui compliquent le recrutement ou la fid\u00e9lisation.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Le march\u00e9 du travail est peut-\u00eatre en train de se calmer, mais la guerre des talents fait toujours rage pour les profils sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> explique Jo\u00ebl Poilvache, Regional Managing Director chez le sp\u00e9cialiste du recrutement Robert Half. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les entreprises qui ne revoient pas leur approche risquent, dans un avenir proche, de passer \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des bons profils. Heureusement, il existe de nombreuses options pour celles qui souhaitent recruter de nouveaux collaborateurs potentiels.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Des solutions cr\u00e9atives<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La flexibilit\u00e9 figure bien entendu parmi ces options. Pr\u00e8s d\u2019un tiers des PME et quatre grandes entreprises sur dix proposent d\u00e9sormais des conditions de travail plus flexibles. Le recours aux horaires flexibles, aux jours de cong\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaires, aux salaires de d\u00e9part plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s ou au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, est de plus en plus fr\u00e9quent pour convaincre les candidats.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Certaines entreprises ont une plus grande marge de man\u0153uvre dans leurs budgets et optent pour des avantages suppl\u00e9mentaires dans leurs packages salariaux. D\u2019autres pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent des mesures, telles que l\u2019adaptation des horaires de travail ou l\u2019assouplissement des exigences du poste afin de pourvoir plus rapidement les postes vacants.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Quelles comp\u00e9tences sont les plus valoris\u00e9es?<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 les restrictions budg\u00e9taires, les entreprises veulent continuer \u00e0 investir dans des collaborateurs qui poss\u00e8dent les comp\u00e9tences requises. Le multilinguisme, l\u2019analyse de donn\u00e9es et l\u2019exp\u00e9rience des syst\u00e8mes ERP ou CMS sont par exemple tr\u00e8s recherch\u00e9s dans le domaine financier.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les candidats qui poss\u00e8dent ces comp\u00e9tences peuvent souvent compter sur de meilleures conditions salariales ou une progression plus rapide au sein de l\u2019entreprise\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> explique Jo\u00ebl Poilvache. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les connaissances num\u00e9riques sont quant \u00e0 elles int\u00e9ressantes dans tous les domaines, notamment les connaissances en mati\u00e8re de cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans le secteur de l\u2019IT et du digital, ou encore la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 utiliser des applications d\u2019IA dans le secteur financier ou juridique.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Bien que les collaborateurs aient parfois des sentiments mitig\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de l\u2019\u00e9mergence de l\u2019IA, Jo\u00ebl Poilvache estime que cela n\u2019a absolument pas lieu d\u2019\u00eatre.<em> \u00ab\u00a0L\u2019IA pr\u00e9sente aussi de nombreux avantages et offre surtout des opportunit\u00e9s. Les emplois ne doivent pas n\u00e9cessairement dispara\u00eetre, mais peuvent au contraire \u00e9voluer de mani\u00e8re positive. En tant qu\u2019employeur, il est donc important de miser sur cette \u00e9volution. En effet, ceux qui forment leurs collaborateurs aux applications de l\u2019IA en tireront bient\u00f4t de nombreux avantages.
