Cela s\u2019explique principalement par la raret\u00e9 des profils ad\u00e9quats dans certaines fonctions.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, 64% des chefs d\u2019entreprise interrog\u00e9s se disent pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s par la difficult\u00e9 de trouver les talents ad\u00e9quats lorsqu\u2019ils en ont besoin. Six sur dix craignent \u00e9galement de ne pas pouvoir conserver leurs talents actuels. Et plus de la moiti\u00e9 (57%) s\u2019inqui\u00e8tent des restrictions budg\u00e9taires.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les entreprises estiment qu\u2019il est encore difficile de trouver la bonne main-d\u2019\u0153uvre. Un quart d\u2019entre elles d\u00e9clarent qu\u2019il s\u2019agit de leur principal d\u00e9fi pour 2025,\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> explique Wout Van de Wijer, Manager chez Robert Half. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Afin d\u2019attirer les bons profils, les entreprises sont dispos\u00e9es \u00e0 prendre des mesures. Ainsi, une PME sur trois offre des conditions de travail plus flexibles que les conditions existantes. Dans les grandes entreprises, ce chiffre atteint m\u00eame 41%. En outre, 28% des PME seraient pr\u00eates \u00e0 augmenter les salaires de d\u00e9part. Dans les grandes entreprises, 26% ajoutent de nouveaux avantages \u00e0 leur package salarial, tandis que 24% d\u00e9clarent assouplir les exigences inh\u00e9rentes aux fonctions afin de trouver les employ\u00e9s qui conviennent.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Des comp\u00e9tences valoris\u00e9es<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019enqu\u00eate portait \u00e9galement sur les connaissances techniques actuellement recherch\u00e9es par les entreprises. Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre elles (48%) recherchent des employ\u00e9s avec des connaissances en apprentissage automatique. Quarante-cinq pour cent d\u2019entre elles accordent de l\u2019importance \u00e0 la veille \u00e9conomique et au reporting.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les personnes qui poss\u00e8dent ces comp\u00e9tences poss\u00e8dent un avantage sur le march\u00e9 du travail\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> explique Wout Van de Wijer. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Les talents exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s qui poss\u00e8dent des connaissances en cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 sont particuli\u00e8rement recherch\u00e9s. Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 (46 %) des employeurs interrog\u00e9s se disent pr\u00eats \u00e0 payer un salaire plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 pour un candidat qui poss\u00e8de ces comp\u00e9tences.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les personnes qui souhaitent travailler dans le domaine de l\u2019IT et du digital au sein d&rsquo;une PME ont \u00e9galement un avantage si elles poss\u00e8dent des comp\u00e9tences analytiques et de recherche (48%). \u200b Des connaissances en gestion de r\u00e9seau (44%), en syst\u00e8mes ERP\/CRM (43%) ou en cloud (38%) peuvent \u00e9galement permettre d&rsquo;obtenir un salaire de d\u00e9part plus \u00e9lev\u00e9. Dans les grandes entreprises, il est plus facile de n\u00e9gocier son salaire \u200b si vous avez des connaissances en gestion de r\u00e9seau (46%), en d\u00e9veloppement de logiciels et d&rsquo;applications (43%) ou en syst\u00e8mes cloud (41%).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: l&rsquo;\u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en ligne aupr\u00e8s de 500 employeurs en mai-juin 2025 pour le compte de Robert Half par Rigour Research, un partenaire de recherche ind\u00e9pendant. Les personnes interrog\u00e9es travaillent dans les domaines de la finance et de la comptabilit\u00e9, de l\u2019IT et digital, de l\u2019administration et du service client, du juridique.
