Elle fait d\u00e9finitivement partie du p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre d\u2019une fonction RH ou P&amp;O qui se respecte. Elle tend \u00e9galement \u00e0 en devenir un des volets les plus compliqu\u00e9s \u00e0 g\u00e9rer. Pour quelles raisons? Parce que chacun.e consid\u00e8re qu\u2019il a d\u00e9finitivement raison et que les avis diff\u00e9rents ne valent pas grand-chose et, bien souvent, que le temps perdu \u00e0 \u00e9couter les promesses non tenues et explications alambiqu\u00e9es du management et consorts aurait pu \u00eatre mieux utilis\u00e9\u2026 Prenons quelques instants pour red\u00e9finir comment nous pouvons investir le terrain de la communication au profit de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat collectif et des attentes individuelles. Trois d\u00e9fis \u00e0 relever : la v\u00e9rit\u00e9, le respect et l\u2019envie.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Les adeptes de la technique du renversement narratif se multiplient.<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>C\u2019est au fond la m\u00e9thode la plus simple pour ne pas avoir \u00e0 justifier les raisons du d\u00e9saccord. Le renversement des normes et de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est pratique courante d\u00e9sormais.<br \/>\nExemple? La Russie n\u2019a pas envahi l\u2019Ukraine. Elle a d\u00fb agir en d\u00e9sespoir de cause face aux dangers qui se multiplient au bord de ses fronti\u00e8res et pour sauver ses populations opprim\u00e9es. Autre exemple, plus proche du terrain peut-\u00eatre? Ce coll\u00e8gue n\u2019a pas eu la promotion qu\u2019il m\u00e9ritait parce qu\u2019on l\u2019a vu prendre un verre avec l\u2019ex-compagne du responsable du d\u00e9partement et non parce qu\u2019il a foir\u00e9 les trois derniers inventaires mensuels\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Comment pouvons-nous encore nous aligner sur une v\u00e9rit\u00e9 partag\u00e9e, que d\u2019aucuns appellent \u2018objective\u2019, alors que les faits sont contest\u00e9s et que les responsabilit\u00e9s sont invers\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re syst\u00e9matique\u2026 Nous ne parvenons que rarement \u00e0 nous entendre sur la lecture de ce qu\u2019il s\u2019est effectivement pass\u00e9. M\u00eame les donn\u00e9es chiffr\u00e9es sont elles aussi soumises \u00e0 l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation pour en donner des lectures tr\u00e8s personnelles.<br \/>\nIl n\u2019y a qu\u2019un seul rem\u00e8de \u00e0 ce jour pour survivre dans l\u2019\u00e8re des contre-v\u00e9rit\u00e9s : le temps. Il faut de la pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance et de la patience, soutenues par un art consomm\u00e9 de la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition, pour que la communication puisse remplir son r\u00f4le d\u2019\u00e9claireur.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Le dialogue doit toujours rester possible.<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Deuxi\u00e8me terrain sensible \u00e0 appr\u00e9hender : le respect. Nous savons que toutes les sensibilit\u00e9s sont exacerb\u00e9es. Chaque mot (chaque geste aussi) comporte aujourd\u2019hui sa part de risque. Voil\u00e0 ce qui rend le dialogue continu \u00e0 la fois dangereux et indispensable.<\/p>\n<p>La communication doit \u00eatre inclusive et f\u00e9d\u00e9ratrice. L\u2019objectif simple et ultra-prioritaire est de pr\u00e9server co\u00fbte que co\u00fbte notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler ensemble. Pourtant, c\u2019est souvent par le biais de nos messages que nous d\u00e9truisons des \u00e9quipes au lieu de les consolider. Il suffit \u2018\u2019d\u2019oublier\u2019\u2019 un d\u00e9partement dans une d\u00e9marche de reconnaissance ou de ne pas impliquer un collaborateur dans un partage d\u2019informations pour que le ressentiment s\u2019installe.<\/p>\n<p>Que se passe-t-il ensuite? L\u2019expression d\u2019un manque de respect est alors un terrible signal d\u2019alarme. Lorsqu\u2019un.e coll\u00e8gue manifeste sa d\u00e9ception voire son d\u00e9go\u00fbt quant \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont elle\/il a \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9, nous savons qu\u2019il faudra investir du temps et des arguments pour recoller les morceaux.<br \/>\nIl y a d\u00e8s lors une exigence absolue, celle qui consiste \u00e0 prendre sans cesse l\u2019initiative qui permettra de poursuivre la conversation. Continuer \u00e0 se parler, m\u00eame lorsque c\u2019est compliqu\u00e9. Chercher sans rel\u00e2che des zones de convergence.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Et quand l\u2019amour n\u2019est plus l\u00e0 ?<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Il peut en effet arriver que le feu soit \u00e9teint. Que l\u2019envie ait disparu. Quelles sont alors les bonnes raisons de rester ensemble ?<br \/>\nIl y a bien s\u00fbr des \u2018motivations\u2019 alimentaires (et elles sont respectables). Pas d\u2019autre choix, il faut bien gagner sa cro\u00fbte. Chaque manager doit \u00eatre capable de les entendre et de composer avec des collaborateurs pr\u00e9sents par n\u00e9cessit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, l\u2019envie est parfois remplac\u00e9e par la rage, nourrie par un profond sentiment d\u2019injustice. Ce qui peut donner lieu \u00e0 une opposition f\u00e9roce et \u00e0 des \u00e9changes tendus. Sur le plan de la communication, voici peut-\u00eatre la configuration la plus int\u00e9ressante car c\u2019est dans le d\u00e9bat que naissent souvent les meilleurs compromis.<\/p>\n<p>Et enfin, la perte d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat peut aboutir au vide absolu. Le n\u00e9ant. L\u2019indiff\u00e9rence totale et d\u00e9finitive. Seule cette derni\u00e8re peut s\u2019av\u00e9rer vraiment probl\u00e9matique car son pouvoir de contamination est redoutable.<\/p>\n<p>Les efforts \u00e0 d\u00e9ployer pour tenter de maintenir le dialogue avec et entre les coll\u00e8gues sont immenses. Autour de nous, il y a des travailleurs engag\u00e9s, d\u00e9sabus\u00e9s, offens\u00e9s\u2026 et bien d\u2019autres encore, avec des attentes \u00e0 rencontrer. L\u2019exp\u00e9rience collaborateur qui guide la plupart des strat\u00e9gies RH aujourd\u2019hui ne tient pas sans une pratique experte de l\u2019art de la communication. Une mission essentielle : entrer en dialogue avec chacun.e, dans une d\u00e9marche tant\u00f4t collective, tant\u00f4t individuelle. Et entretenir cette conversation \u00e0 tout prix.
