Ainsi, 43% trouvent frustrant que leur organisation ne parvienne pas \u00e0 offrir des horaires de travail flexibles et le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. R\u00e9sultat : pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 (48%) des organisations constatent qu\u2019elles attirent moins de jeunes talents.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><em><strong>Un d\u00e9calage entre attentes et offre<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Les entreprises d\u00e9clarent avoir du mal \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 quatre attentes cl\u00e9s des jeunes professionnels. Elles \u00e9chouent le plus souvent sur les attentes li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quilibre vie professionnelle \/ vie priv\u00e9e (35%), suivies par la flexibilit\u00e9 des horaires de travail (32%). Les possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9volution rapide (21%) et la possibilit\u00e9 de travailler depuis l\u2019\u00e9tranger (19%) constituent \u00e9galement de grands d\u00e9fis. Cela complique \u00e0 la fois l\u2019attraction et la fid\u00e9lisation des jeunes talents. Pas \u00e9tonnant que 58% des r\u00e9pondants consid\u00e8rent le r\u00f4le de responsable RH comme la fonction de direction la plus exigeante, apr\u00e8s celle de CEO.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>R\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>De nombreuses organisations ressentent la pression de r\u00e9duire leurs effectifs : 58% envisagent des mesures. L\u2019automatisation (34%), la non-prolongation des contrats temporaires (33%) et la sous-traitance des activit\u00e9s (31%) figurent en t\u00eate de liste. Le gel des salaires et des primes (23%), la r\u00e9duction des budgets de formation (21%) et la limitation des frais de d\u00e9placement (21%) sont \u00e9galement mentionn\u00e9s. Ces mesures peuvent fortement r\u00e9duire l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 des employeurs pour la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z.<\/p>\n<p>Semara van Rooijen, Senior Account Executive chez Deel d\u00e9clare: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Sur un march\u00e9 du travail tendu o\u00f9 la demande d\u00e9passe l\u2019offre, les organisations doivent s\u2019adapter aux attentes changeantes pour rester en t\u00eate des \u00e9volutions. Les candidats potentiels, et en particulier la jeune g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, ont de grandes attentes : flexibilit\u00e9, possibilit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement et confiance. En r\u00e9examinant les exigences traditionnelles des postes et les m\u00e9thodes de travail, on cr\u00e9e de l\u2019espace pour un personnel plus diversifi\u00e9.
