Par l\u2019incertitude ambiante g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par les \u00e9v\u00e9nements mondiaux qui testent la r\u00e9sistance de nos organisations de mani\u00e8re quasi continue. Et par les travailleurs de mauvaise foi et\/ou de mauvaise volont\u00e9 qui veillent \u00e0 briser les r\u00eaves des dirigeants qui veulent toujours croire dans le g\u00e9nie humain et la puissance du collectif\u2026 Bref, les temps sont durs pour ces foutus capitalistes que tout le monde jalouse et dont personne ne veut la place.<br \/>\nDans un bel \u00e9lan de g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9, voyons comment nous pourrions leur rendre un peu d\u2019espoir et beaucoup d\u2019envie\u2026<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Deux concurrents f\u00e9roces : la flemme et l\u2019impatience<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Tous les recruteurs exp\u00e9rimentent jour apr\u00e8s jour les caprices des candidats\/talents qui envisagent de rejoindre un nouvel employeur. Ces \u00e9tats d\u2019\u00e2me \u00e9voluent avec l\u2019air du temps et les chefs d\u2019entreprise ainsi que leurs collaborateurs en charge des RH n\u2019ont qu\u2019\u00e0 s\u2019y adapter. Principales difficult\u00e9s actuelles pour essayer de comprendre les forces vives dont nous avons besoin ? Elles sont tant\u00f4t enfonc\u00e9es dans une l\u00e9thargie terrible, tant\u00f4t certaines qu\u2019elles vont r\u00e9gner t\u00f4t ou tard sur le monde entier. La flemme et l\u2019impatience. Ce sont les deux fl\u00e9aux avec lesquels il faut pouvoir composer pour exercer sereinement l\u2019art subtil et d\u00e9licat du People Management.<\/p>\n<p>Quelle strat\u00e9gie d\u00e9velopper pour y faire face? Il y a naturellement plusieurs options. Les travaux forc\u00e9s ne d\u00e9livrent que rarement des r\u00e9sultats (ce sont les employeurs suivants qui en tirent les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices). L\u2019apprentissage par essai\/erreur a d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait de nombreuses victimes. Nous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rons pour le moment la p\u00e9dagogie et l\u2019accompagnement, une m\u00e9thode douce qui n\u00e9cessite du temps et de l\u2019indulgence.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Une suspicion de plus en plus difficile \u00e0 vivre<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Cela ne figure pas dans le manuel du nouvel entrepreneur\u2026 Pourtant, c\u2019est bien ce qui nous semble le plus difficile \u00e0 accepter lorsqu\u2019on dirige une organisation. C\u2019est de m\u00e9fiance et de suspicion dont il s\u2019agit. La critique est permanente.<br \/>\n\u00catre \u2018attaqu\u00e9\u2019 par ses pairs et ses concurrents, d\u2019accord. Cela fait partie du jeu. Par contre, \u00eatre vilipend\u00e9 par celles et ceux qui restent au balcon, ne font \u2018rien\u2019 et se complaisent dans une posture d\u2019observateurs, pas d\u2019accord.<br \/>\nDans nos entreprises, depuis longtemps d\u00e9j\u00e0, la gestion des hommes et des femmes s\u2019av\u00e8re souvent p\u00e9nible non seulement parce que cela n\u2019est jamais une science exacte, mais aussi parce qu\u2019il y a un pr\u00e9suppos\u00e9 anti-capitaliste qui fait de chaque dirigeant un tortionnaire en puissance. La diffusion d\u2019\u00e9tudes r\u00e9centes affirmant qu\u2019un patron sur deux est un psychopathe n\u2019arrange \u00e9videmment rien.<br \/>\nNous devons inverser ce paradigme car au fond, Elvis avait raison: <em>\u00ab\u00a0We\u00a0can\u2019t go on together, with suspicious minds\u2026\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Transmission impossible ?<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Et puis, il y a l\u2019amour du risque. C\u2019est une id\u00e9e (et une s\u00e9rie t\u00e9l\u00e9) du si\u00e8cle dernier. Plus s\u00e9rieusement, c\u2019est surtout une soif de libert\u00e9 et une folle pr\u00e9tention, fond\u00e9e sur une utopie, qui consiste \u00e0 figurer parmi les \u00e9lus qui peuvent changer le monde. Voil\u00e0 ce qui guide la d\u00e9marche entrepreneuriale. Et ce qui rend aussi la transmission vraiment tr\u00e8s difficile\u2026<br \/>\nLes efforts \u00e0 consentir en mati\u00e8re de (people) management et la p\u00e9nibilit\u00e9 qui en d\u00e9coule en ont d\u00e9courag\u00e9 plus d\u2019un.e.s. Les sacrifices sont tels que l\u2019on observe aujourd\u2019hui un rejet massif de la fonction manag\u00e9riale. Pas \u00e9vident d\u00e8s lors de planifier une succession et de garantir une r\u00e9elle p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 dans ces conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Quelle solution avons-nous dans les cartons pour y faire face ? Elle est collective (sans surprise) et passe par des formules telles que l\u2019actionnariat salari\u00e9, le partage du pouvoir et de la gouvernance et la cr\u00e9ation \u00e0 l&rsquo;interne de p\u00e9pini\u00e8res entrepreneuriales. Pour survivre et garder de belles raisons d\u2019esp\u00e9rer, les entrepreneurs et les managers sont ainsi invit\u00e9s \u00e0 pousser dans le dos celles et ceux qui prendront leur place.
