Donc d\u2019offrir de nouveaux r\u00f4les aux 55+ et de r\u00e9ussir la collaboration de plusieurs g\u00e9n\u00e9rations au travail.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>La saison 4 du cycle HR Challenges in Non-Profit explorera le th\u00e8me \u00ab\u00a0IN &amp; OUT: attirer et pr\u00e9parer la rel\u00e8ve &amp; assurer une gestion optimale et saine des fins de carri\u00e8re\u00a0\u00bb et vous livrera des cl\u00e9s pour r\u00e9soudre cette \u00e9quation complexe, gr\u00e2ce au partage d&rsquo;exp\u00e9riences de vos pairs et \u00e0 l&rsquo;expertise de nos partenaires 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Comme de coutume, cette saison 4 se d\u00e9clinera en une journ\u00e9e d&rsquo;\u00e9tude organis\u00e9e le vendredi 1e f\u00e9vrier 2013 dans le cadre authentique du Mus\u00e9e des Instruments de Musique, \u00e0 Bruxelles, et en plusieurs ateliers d&rsquo;approfondissement organis\u00e9s tout au long de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e.
