Donc d\u2019offrir de nouveaux r\u00f4les aux 55+ et de r\u00e9ussir la collaboration de plusieurs g\u00e9n\u00e9rations au travail.<\/h1>\n

La saison 4 du cycle HR Challenges in Non-Profit explorera le th\u00e8me \u00ab\u00a0IN & OUT: attirer et pr\u00e9parer la rel\u00e8ve & assurer une gestion optimale et saine des fins de carri\u00e8re\u00a0\u00bb et vous livrera des cl\u00e9s pour r\u00e9soudre cette \u00e9quation complexe, gr\u00e2ce au partage d’exp\u00e9riences de vos pairs et \u00e0 l’expertise de nos partenaires 2013.<\/p>\n

Comme de coutume, cette saison 4 se d\u00e9clinera en une journ\u00e9e d’\u00e9tude organis\u00e9e le vendredi 1e f\u00e9vrier 2013 dans le cadre authentique du Mus\u00e9e des Instruments de Musique, \u00e0 Bruxelles, et en plusieurs ateliers d’approfondissement organis\u00e9s tout au long de l’ann\u00e9e.
