Si une majorit\u00e9 en reconna\u00eet les avantages, des inqui\u00e9tudes persistent quant aux cons\u00e9quences sur le terrain.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Les chiffres montrent que pr\u00e8s de six employeurs sur dix (59%) estiment que la transparence des salaires aura un impact positif sur la motivation et l\u2019engagement des collaborateurs. L\u2019effet sur l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration est \u00e9galement reconnu : plus de 65% pensent qu\u2019une politique salariale transparente m\u00e8nera \u00e0 davantage d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 entre les salaires des hommes et des femmes.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le m\u00eame temps, les entreprises s\u2019inqui\u00e8tent des effets secondaires potentiels. Plus de sept sur dix (72%) redoutent que cette obligation n\u2019entra\u00eene des tensions au sein des \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne la pr\u00e9paration, 69% des responsables RH d\u00e9clarent disposer de suffisamment de temps et de moyens pour se conformer \u00e0 la nouvelle l\u00e9gislation, mais un tiers (31%) ne se sentent pas encore \u00e0 l\u2019aise aujourd\u2019hui. Pourtant, la confiance \u00e0 long terme domine : plus de 65% croient qu\u2019une politique salariale transparente renforcera finalement la confiance entre collaborateurs et direction.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0La transparence salariale sera un v\u00e9ritable tournant pour le march\u00e9 du travail belge. Les employeurs comprennent que cette transparence peut contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la confiance, mais ils redoutent en m\u00eame temps son impact sur la r\u00e9tention et la dynamique d\u2019\u00e9quipe. Le d\u00e9fi consiste \u00e0 ne pas percevoir la transparence comme une menace, mais comme une opportunit\u00e9 de renforcer la culture, la communication et les structures de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Semara van Rooyen, Senior Account Executive chez Deel.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019introduction d\u2019une politique salariale transparente signifie donc bien plus que le simple respect de la l\u00e9gislation.
