Le taux de syndicalisation a diminu\u00e9 dans la plupart des pays europ\u00e9ens entre 2016 et 2023. C\u2019est en Belgique que l\u2019on enregistre la plus forte baisse, ressort-il d\u2019une \u00e9tude de l\u2019Institut allemand d\u2019\u00e9tudes \u00e9conomiques IW (Institut der deutschen Wirtschaft, bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Cologne) reprise par la RTBF et Belga.<\/p>\n

L\u2019Institut a examin\u00e9 le taux d\u2019adh\u00e9sion des travailleurs \u00e0 un syndicat (hors ch\u00f4meurs et pensionn\u00e9s) dans quatorze pays europ\u00e9ens. La RTBF pointe ce taux qui a diminu\u00e9 dans treize pays entre 2016 et 2023.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Seule l\u2019Autriche enregistre une hausse, le taux y passant de 27,8% \u00e0 32,1%.<\/em><\/p>\n

Le rapport de l\u2019IW montre que les syndicats belges ont connu la plus forte diminution du nombre d\u2019adh\u00e9rents. Le taux de syndicalisation est pass\u00e9 en Belgique de 52,4% en 2016 \u00e0 39% en 2023. Ce taux est de 54,2% dans le secteur manufacturier et de 35% dans le secteur des services. La Belgique conserve toutefois sa quatri\u00e8me place sur les quatorze pays \u00e9tudi\u00e9s.<\/em><\/p>\n

En Belgique, 24,5% des salari\u00e9s \u00e2g\u00e9s de 16 \u00e0 30 ans \u00e9taient syndiqu\u00e9s en 2023, contre 39,8% chez les 31 \u00e0 50 ans et 47,4% pour les 51 \u00e0 65 ans.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n

Difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 convaincre les jeunes…<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n

\u00ab\u00a0La Su\u00e8de est le pays le plus syndiqu\u00e9 (72,3% en 2023), devant la Finlande (67,8%), la Norv\u00e8ge (57,5%) et la Belgique (39%).<\/em><\/p>\n

En queue de classement, on trouve la France (9,1%), la Pologne (7,8%) et la Hongrie (5,6%). Selon l\u2019IW, La difficult\u00e9 des syndicats \u00e0 convaincre les jeunes est une des principales raisons du d\u00e9clin du taux de syndicalisation.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n
