Selon l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par le sp\u00e9cialiste du recrutement Robert Half dans le cadre de son Guide des Salaires 2026, les entreprises misent de plus en plus sur la flexibilit\u00e9, les avantages extra-l\u00e9gaux et le budget mobilit\u00e9 pour convaincre les talents.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Bien que le salaire reste souvent un facteur d\u00e9terminant pour bon nombre d\u2019employ\u00e9s, les employeurs investissent davantage dans les avantages extra-l\u00e9gaux et la flexibilit\u00e9 afin d\u2019attirer et de fid\u00e9liser leurs collaborateurs. L\u2019enqu\u00eate r\u00e9v\u00e8le que 87 % des employeurs sont dispos\u00e9s \u00e0 fournir des efforts pour r\u00e9pondre aux attentes salariales des candidats. Seuls 13 % d\u2019entre eux affirment ne pas faire de proposition lorsque les attentes salariales divergent trop fortement.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Lorsque le salaire ne peut pas \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement revu \u00e0 la hausse, les entreprises examinent d\u2019autres formes d\u2019avantages\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Jo\u00ebl Poilvache, Regional Managing Director chez Robert Half. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les r\u00e9gimes de travail flexibles (65%) et les possibilit\u00e9s de formation (64%) sont les solutions les plus souvent cit\u00e9es, suivies par la prime annuelle de performance (59%).\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Qu\u2019en est-il du budget mobilit\u00e9\u2009?<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Un \u00e9l\u00e9ment encore incertain pour 2026 est le \u00ab\u00a0budget mobilit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb. L\u2019accord de P\u00e2ques du gouvernement De Wever le rend obligatoire \u00e0 partir du 1er janvier 2026 pour toutes les entreprises qui proposent des voitures de soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Bien qu\u2019un cadre l\u00e9gislatif d\u00e9finitif fasse encore d\u00e9faut, cette mesure constitue d\u00e9j\u00e0 une \u00e9tape importante vers une mobilit\u00e9 plus durable et plus flexible sur le march\u00e9 du travail belge.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est positif de voir le monde politique r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 des alternatives \u00e0 la voiture de soci\u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, souligne Jo\u00ebl Poilvache. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Le syst\u00e8me a d\u00e9j\u00e0 prouv\u00e9 son efficacit\u00e9 au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es en acc\u00e9l\u00e9rant l\u2019\u00e9lectrification du parc automobile. Mais il faut d\u00e9sormais aller plus loin et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re d\u2019adapter la mobilit\u00e9 aux besoins individuels des travailleurs, tout en donnant aux employeurs davantage de possibilit\u00e9s pour aligner leur offre sur la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 actuelle.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 ce stade, de nombreuses zones d\u2019ombre subsistent quant au fonctionnement concret du syst\u00e8me et au contenu exact du futur cadre l\u00e9gislatif. Jo\u00ebl Poilvache reste n\u00e9anmoins convaincu que le budget mobilit\u00e9 pourrait cr\u00e9er une nouvelle dynamique. En th\u00e9orie, les travailleurs peuvent d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9changer leur voiture contre une alternative plus \u00e9cologique, choisir un abonnement pour les transports publics, une indemnit\u00e9 v\u00e9lo ou m\u00eame utiliser une partie du budget pour rembourser leur pr\u00eat hypoth\u00e9caire.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Dans la pratique, nous constatons que les professionnels qui vivent en milieu urbain y gagnent souvent en net gr\u00e2ce au budget mobilit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> conclut monsieur Poilvache. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Ils vivent souvent plus pr\u00e8s de leur lieu de travail, ont moins besoin d\u2019une voiture et privil\u00e9gient d\u2019autres moyens de transport. Ils r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissent aussi davantage \u00e0 la coh\u00e9rence entre leurs choix de mobilit\u00e9 et leur mode de vie. Par ailleurs, la voiture de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 perd peu \u00e0 peu son statut de marqueur social.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>En outre, le budget mobilit\u00e9 pourrait offrir aux employ\u00e9s davantage de flexibilit\u00e9, de libert\u00e9 de choix et une mani\u00e8re plus durable de se d\u00e9placer : trois piliers en devenir dans un dans un package salarial attractif, selon Robert Half. Le potentiel de transformation de nos habitudes de mobilit\u00e9 est donc consid\u00e9rable, mais sa r\u00e9ussite d\u00e9pendra largement du futur cadre l\u00e9gal.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>La p\u00e9nurie du talent d\u00e9termine la marge de n\u00e9gociation<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La volont\u00e9 d\u2019ajuster une proposition salariale lors d\u2019un recrutement d\u00e9pend fortement, selon les employeurs, de la disponibilit\u00e9 du talent et du niveau de sp\u00e9cialisation du poste.
