La formation interactive comprend :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>un module d\u2019apprentissage structur\u00e9 en sept parties : de la prise de conscience des pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s \u00e0 la s\u00e9lection des candidats et une \u00e9valuation des connaissances ;<\/li>\n<li>des checklists pratiques et des synth\u00e8ses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><em>L\u2019essentiel du module ?<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong><em>1. Prise de conscience des pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le module commence par l\u2019identification des biais cognitifs qui influencent inconsciemment le recrutement : effet de l\u2019angle mort, st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes, effet de premi\u00e8re impression, effet de similarit\u00e9, effet halo et biais de confirmation.<br \/>\nReconna\u00eetre et d\u00e9passer ces biais permet de faire des choix plus conscients et \u00e9quitables.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>2. Checklist pratique pour un recrutement neutre<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La checklist couvre chaque \u00e9tape : de la r\u00e9daction de l\u2019offre d\u2019emploi \u00e0 la s\u00e9lection du\/de la candidat\u00b7e appropri\u00e9\u00b7e.<br \/>\nPoints d\u2019attention : contenu des offres d\u2019emploi inclusif et accessible, anonymisation des candidatures, crit\u00e8res objectifs, jury diversifi\u00e9, \u00e9galit\u00e9 de traitement lors des entretiens et communication transparente avec les candidats.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>3.
