Inexorablement, sous le coup de l\u2019intelligence artificielle entre autres.<br \/>\nLe ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est puissant et hyper anxiog\u00e8ne. Une foule immense de gens bien \u2013 de bons professionnels et de chouettes coll\u00e8gues \u2013 se trouve confront\u00e9e \u00e0 la probabilit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e de ne plus \u2018compter\u2019 ni au sein de leurs entreprises, ni aux yeux d\u2019autres employeurs potentiels. Ce n\u2019est plus une menace lointaine\u2026 Et c\u2019est insupportable pour la majorit\u00e9 des personnes concern\u00e9es, car nous n\u2019avons pas de perspective positive \u00e0 leur offrir en contrepartie.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le stress a chang\u00e9 de nature. Il y a une peur qui s\u2019installe d\u00e9sormais et qui touche \u00e0 notre raison d\u2019\u00eatre au travail. La sant\u00e9 mentale tr\u00f4ne d\u00e9j\u00e0 au sommet des pr\u00e9occupations de nos conseillers en pr\u00e9vention. En plus des probl\u00e9matiques d\u2019hyper-connexion, d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration des rythmes de travail ou de pouvoir d\u2019achat dans une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de loisirs (nous n\u2019avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9ment pas honte de nos propres contradictions), il faut composer avec l\u2019\u00e9ventualit\u00e9 de dispara\u00eetre de l\u2019\u00e9quation \u2018travail\u2019 \u00e0 court terme. Traduction :<em> \u00ab\u00a0mes comp\u00e9tences ne sont plus reconnues\u2026 A quoi donc puis-je bien servir encore?\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Le combo terrible : concentration du temps et absence de m\u00e9moire collective !<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Vous pouvez \u00eatre un p\u2026 de professionnel visionnaire pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9 en d\u00e9but de semaine et \u00eatre largu\u00e9 en fin de semaine par vos interlocuteurs. Rien n\u2019a chang\u00e9 sur le fond\u2026 mais celle ou celui qui s\u2019aventure \u00e0 donner son avis s\u2019expose \u00e0 \u00eatre applaudi un jour et vilipend\u00e9 le lendemain. Les avis, et d\u00e9sormais les v\u00e9rit\u00e9s, sont nombreux et souvent contradictoires. Il faut pouvoir g\u00e9rer la rapidit\u00e9 avec laquelle nous pouvons toutes et tous basculer du c\u00f4t\u00e9 obscur et appartenir \u00e0 l\u2019histoire.<br \/>\nPar ailleurs, l\u2019\u00e9limination lente de la m\u00e9moire collective n\u2019arrange rien\u2026 La reconnaissance est d\u00e9j\u00e0 difficile \u00e0 obtenir dans l\u2019instant pr\u00e9sent. Ne comptez plus sur les souvenirs \u00e9mus des coll\u00e8gues et dirigeants \u00e0 qui vous avez rendu service auparavant. Ils sont pass\u00e9s \u00e0 autre chose.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Nous sommes bel et bien les cr\u00e9ateurs de nos propres n\u00e9vroses !<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Entendons-nous bien : on s\u2019en voudrait de laisser croire que nous sommes les victimes d\u2019un complot libertarien qui con\u00e7oit le monde du travail, entre autres, comme un cercle r\u00e9duit d\u2019humains augment\u00e9s entour\u00e9s d\u2019intelligences artificielles autonomes. Ce n\u2019est pas le cas. Nous sommes les seuls responsables de cette angoisse mortif\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Apprendre \u00e0 vivre avec l\u2019incertitude, c\u2019est \u00e0 l\u2019agenda depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es d\u00e9j\u00e0\u2026 A tel point que nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 en faire une comp\u00e9tence \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir et d\u00e9velopper absolument, \u00e0 savoir la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation. Dans la continuit\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9volution du travail questionne d\u00e9sormais la pertinence de toutes les fonctions au sein d\u2019une organisation. Il n\u2019y a pas de surprise.<br \/>\nConfidence intime : cela pourrait expliquer d\u2019ailleurs un des grands myst\u00e8res de l\u2019univers \u00e0 nos yeux\u2026 Pourquoi l\u2019\u00eatre humain a-t-il eu besoin un jour de cr\u00e9er les films d\u2019\u00e9pouvante? Jamais compris, ni appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 la d\u00e9marche en ce qui me concerne. Ce besoin de cr\u00e9er l\u2019angoisse, l\u2019effroi, la terreur\u2026 et de s\u2019en approcher au plus pr\u00e8s &#8211; pour le regretter ensuite \u2013 fait sans doute partie de nous.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Survivre par l\u2019estime de soi et la curiosit\u00e9<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Comment faire face? Ce stress peut devenir insupportable \u00e0 g\u00e9rer, en tout cas sur le moyen\/long terme. C\u2019est un sentiment d\u00e9licat, celui de devenir (plus ou moins rapidement) obsol\u00e8te. Retrouver un autre employeur apr\u00e8s celui qui ne ressent plus le besoin de notre pr\u00e9sence, cela peut se concevoir. Retrouver une nouvelle vocation professionnelle, ce n\u2019est pas la m\u00eame chanson. Nous serons pour la plupart d\u2019entre nous concern\u00e9s par un changement profond.<\/p>\n<p>Peut-\u00eatre suffit-il pour y r\u00e9pondre de cultiver la confiance en nous-m\u00eames, en nos propres atouts, en notre capacit\u00e9 de nous r\u00e9inventer sans cesse\u2026<br \/>\nIl y a certainement des progr\u00e8s \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser pour chacun.e d\u2019entre nous en ce qui concerne la gestion de l\u2019incertitude. Il y a aussi une culture de l\u2019apprentissage quotidien \u00e0 renforcer car, aussi \u00e9vident que cela puisse sonner : \u2018dans tous les cas de figure, savoir est un plus.\u2019 Et il y a enfin un effort continu \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper afin de rester ouvert \u00e0 des territoires inexplor\u00e9s.
