En outre, l&rsquo;accent sera \u00e0 la fois mis sur le contr\u00f4le et l&rsquo;application, et sur la pr\u00e9vention, en pr\u00eatant particuli\u00e8rement attention aux probl\u00e9matiques suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la coh\u00e9rence entre la combinaison d&rsquo;interventions et la cha\u00eene d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution<\/li>\n<li>les d\u00e9veloppements technologiques futurs (notamment l&rsquo;exploration de donn\u00e9es, l&rsquo;\u00e9change de donn\u00e9es)<\/li>\n<li>la continuit\u00e9 en poursuivant les investissements dans les ressources humaines et mat\u00e9rielles<\/li>\n<li>la communication entre les services (d&rsquo;inspection) belges et \u00e9trangers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Les objectifs strat\u00e9giques prioritaires suivants sont mis en avant:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Renforcer la coop\u00e9ration dans la lutte contre la fraude sociale<\/li>\n<li>Renforcer les services d\u2019inspection<\/li>\n<li>Mettre en place une approche cibl\u00e9e de la fraude sociale et du dumping pour garantir une concurrence loyale<\/li>\n<li>Augmenter le risque de d\u00e9tection et adopter une politique de sanctions plus s\u00e9v\u00e8re<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9venir la fraude sociale<\/li>\n<li>Garantir un lieu de travail s\u00fbr, sain et inclusif pour tous<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les objectifs strat\u00e9giques sont ensuite traduits en actions concr\u00e8tes dans les plans d&rsquo;action op\u00e9rationnels bisannuels, en les mettant en lien avec les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes de fraude suivants :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Lutte contre le dumping social<\/li>\n<li>Lutte contre la fraude aux cotisations<\/li>\n<li>Lutte contre le travail non d\u00e9clar\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Lutte contre la traite des \u00eatres humains et l\u2019exploitation \u00e9conomique<\/li>\n<li>Lutte contre la fraude aux allocations sociales<\/li>\n<li>Un march\u00e9 du travail inclusif qui garantit la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la sant\u00e9 au travail pour tous les travailleurs<\/li>\n<li>Lutte contre la fraude dans les soins de sant\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Lutte contre la fraude d\u00e9stabilisatrice pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>En tant qu&rsquo;organe interm\u00e9diaire, le Service d&rsquo;information et de recherche sociale (SIRS) contr\u00f4lera le degr\u00e9 de r\u00e9alisation des objectifs strat\u00e9giques (et op\u00e9rationnels) fix\u00e9s par le gouvernement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source : Cabinet du Ministre Rob Beenders, en charge de la Protection des consommateurs, de la Lutte contre la Fraude sociale, des Personnes handicap\u00e9es et de l\u2019Egalit\u00e9 des chances.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sur proposition du ministre de la Lutte contre la Fraude sociale Rob Beenders, le Conseil des ministres a approuv\u00e9 le plan strat\u00e9gique fixant le cadre de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence et d&rsquo;action pour la lutte contre la fraude sociale, le travail ill\u00e9gal et [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[65,10],"tags":[711,278,272,58],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.0 -
