Et confiance dans les autres, surtout.<br \/>\nComment d\u00e9finir ce pilier indispensable \u00e0 l\u2019ex\u00e9cution d\u2019une bonne relation de travail? Comment savoir si un.e candidat.e saura se montrer digne de celle que nous sommes pr\u00eats \u00e0 lui accorder? Comment la gagner aupr\u00e8s de celles et ceux avec qui nous sommes amen\u00e9s \u00e0 coop\u00e9rer au quotidien? La collaboration devient-elle vraiment impossible lorsqu\u2019elle est bris\u00e9e?<br \/>\nD\u00e9cortiquons ensemble la question centrale de la confiance dans les moments-cl\u00e9s qui jalonnent nos relations de travail\u2026<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00catre ensemble, c\u2019est difficile\u2026 Tout ce que nous avons imagin\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de personnalisation et d\u2019individualisation de la relation de travail ne favorise pas la coh\u00e9sion. Pourquoi ? A l\u2019origine, l\u2019intention noble consiste \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre au mieux aux attentes particuli\u00e8res de chacun.e \u00e0 chaque fois que c\u2019est possible. Pourtant, cela provoque encore souvent des sentiments d\u2019in\u00e9quit\u00e9 collective ainsi qu\u2019une pression palpable sur les performances individuelles. Ceci se produit lorsque les bases de la confiance mutuelle ne sont pas solides.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Un potentiel d\u00e9tectable au moment du recrutement ?<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les premiers jours, tout est rose. En phase de s\u00e9duction, nous avons en fait une envie folle de faire confiance totalement, de mani\u00e8re illimit\u00e9e, pour une raison simple : c\u2019est r\u00e9confortant sur le plan mental. Aussi, en phase de recrutement, l\u2019envie d\u2019installer la relation sur ce registre est puissante.<br \/>\nIl n\u2019y a pas de signal plus fort que celui qui consiste \u00e0 accorder sa confiance \u00e0 priori en tant qu\u2019employeur. C\u2019est pourtant une erreur grossi\u00e8re. Et un foutu traquenard dont on se d\u00e9fait en \u00e9tant tr\u00e8s d\u00e9\u00e7u.<br \/>\nPoser la premi\u00e8re pierre d\u2019une relation de travail qui va grandir consiste \u00e0 se dire la v\u00e9rit\u00e9. Partager ses forces et ses faiblesses. Et en ce qui concerne la confiance, il est sain de s\u2019accorder sur un principe simple : il faudra la gagner, un petit peu tous les jours.<br \/>\nLes premiers entretiens doivent permettre \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 une seule question: est-ce que j\u2019ai envie de faire confiance? Pour cela, il \u2018suffit\u2019 de v\u00e9rifier que notre fa\u00e7on d\u2019appr\u00e9hender le rapport aux autres est partag\u00e9e. Pas compliqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Rien n\u2019est jamais d\u00e9finitivement acquis.<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Gagner et garder la confiance, c\u2019est un effort permanent. Essentiel: d\u00e8s les premiers jours, entendons-nous sur son caract\u00e8re \u00e0 la fois mutuel et fragile.<br \/>\nIl ne peut y avoir de confiance durable sans certitude que l\u2019autre est pr\u00eat \u00e0 nous en faire cadeau, elle\/lui aussi. Et il est souhaitable que nous soyons de part et d\u2019autre conscient de la possibilit\u00e9 qu\u2019elle disparaisse lorsque les \u00e9carts auront \u00e9t\u00e9 trop nombreux ou trop importants.<br \/>\nC\u2019est un double pari que nous voulons assimiler \u00e0 une forme d\u2019exigence morale, celle qui nous aide \u00e0 aller au-del\u00e0 de nos attentes. Au fond, il n\u2019y a qu\u2019une condition \u00e0 remplir pour construire et pr\u00e9server la confiance : accepter d\u2019y travailler ensemble et de se parler d\u00e8s que nous la sentons menac\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Rupture un jour, rupture toujours ?<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 tous nos efforts, il arrive &#8211; parfois, souvent\u2026 &#8211; qu\u2019elle se brise. La rupture de confiance, c\u2019est le motif de licenciement le plus fr\u00e9quent. Celui que l\u2019on \u00e9crit lorsqu\u2019on n\u2019a tout simplement plus envie de bosser ensemble. Il est violent, parce que la rupture porte en elle une forme de jugement moral. Lorsque la confiance est bris\u00e9e, cela signifie que nous estimons malgr\u00e9 tous nos efforts que notre interlocuteur n\u2019en est plus digne. Il y a une dimension vexatoire.<\/p>\n<p>Est-ce r\u00e9parable? Lorsque c\u2019est cass\u00e9, est-il possible de reconstruire? Oui, bien s\u00fbr\u2026 Pourquoi pas?<br \/>\nLa rupture de confiance avec un collaborateur, c\u2019est d\u2019abord et avant tout un signal de renoncement. Elle correspond au moment o\u00f9 les parties ne manifestent plus aucune envie d\u2019\u00eatre dans la m\u00eame pi\u00e8ce. Le prix de la reconstruction est \u00e9lev\u00e9 et, souvent, le degr\u00e9 d\u2019exigence qui sous-tend n\u2019importe quelle relation de confiance monte d\u2019un niveau suppl\u00e9mentaire. Une \u0153uvre dans laquelle on s\u2019engage sinc\u00e8rement.
