Une prime de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e figure aussi au programme pour 8 PME sur 10. Elle est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement vers\u00e9e directement sur le compte du travailleur. Mais dans une PME sur 10, les travailleurs peuvent opter pour un autre avantage par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire du plan caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Il convient de souligner que m\u00eame si ce n\u2019est pas encore possible ou autoris\u00e9 dans de nombreux secteurs, pr\u00e8s de 7 PME sur 10 aimeraient utiliser un plan caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria pour payer la prime. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les PME veulent valoriser leur personnel, mais se heurtent aux contraintes de la norme salariale. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un plan caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria, elles peuvent malgr\u00e9 tout accorder un extra sans augmenter les frais salariaux\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, selon les experts d\u2019Acerta.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019approche des f\u00eates de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e, de nombreux travailleurs peuvent compter sur un petit extra de la part de leur employeur. Ce geste n\u2019est plus r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux collaborateurs des grandes entreprises depuis longtemps : de plus en plus de PME accordent une prime de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e ou un 13e mois \u00e0 leur personnel. Huit PME sur 10 occupant entre 5 et 100 travailleurs pr\u00e9voient une prime de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e en d\u00e9cembre. Et 89,9% le font au moyen d\u2019un versement traditionnel sur le compte. Les 10,1% restants optent pour un plan caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria, en partie \u00e0 cause de la norme salariale qui impose aux entreprises de ne pas augmenter leurs frais salariaux cette ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Laura Couchard, experte en r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration chez Acerta : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Une PME sur 4 cite la norme salariale comme principale raison de verser la prime par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire d\u2019un plan caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria. Un plan caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria permet aux travailleurs de convertir une partie de leur salaire brut en avantages de leur choix, comme une \u00e9pargne-pension, un smartphone ou des jours de vacances suppl\u00e9mentaires. Ainsi, un plan caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria offre un moyen d\u2019octroyer un extra malgr\u00e9 la norme salariale.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Une volont\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, la majorit\u00e9 des PME ne disposent pas encore de plan caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria, de sorte qu\u2019elles ne peuvent pas verser leur prime de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e via ce syst\u00e8me pour l\u2019instant. C\u2019est en partie d\u00fb \u00e0 la complexit\u00e9 administrative et en partie au fait que de nombreuses commissions paritaires ne l\u2019autorisent pas encore. Pourtant, la volont\u00e9 est remarquablement \u00e9lev\u00e9e : 68,7% \u00a0des PME sont ouvertes \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un plan caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria pour payer la prime.<\/p>\n<p>Geert Janssens, \u00e9conomiste en chef chez ETION, ajoute : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Un plan caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria offre de l\u2019agilit\u00e9 strat\u00e9gique aux PME. Cela leur permet de donner malgr\u00e9 tout, dans les limites de la marge salariale existante, une r\u00e9compense qui correspond \u00e0 ce que les travailleurs estiment important aujourd\u2019hui, comme la mobilit\u00e9, le bien-\u00eatre ou plus de temps libre. Il s\u2019agit donc de ma\u00eetriser les co\u00fbts, mais surtout de faire des choix cibl\u00e9s dans un march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi en p\u00e9nurie.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ruben Lemmens, administrateur d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 de VKW Limburg : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Tout ce qui r\u00e9compense le travail et all\u00e8ge les frais salariaux pour les employeurs repr\u00e9sente un pas en avant. Les PME aiment aussi cette flexibilit\u00e9 de pouvoir donner un coup de pouce suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 leur personnel, sans faire d\u00e9railler leur masse salariale. C\u2019est une bonne chose pour les entrepreneurs et pour les travailleurs.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: les donn\u00e9es sont le r\u00e9sultat du plus r\u00e9cent barom\u00e8tre PME qu\u2019Acerta organise deux fois par an aupr\u00e8s d\u2019employeurs PME (entre 5 et 100 travailleurs) en collaboration avec les organisations patronales ETION et VKW Limburg.
